"We booked a riverside balcony king size room with kitchenette. We arrived at 12:ish and they went ahead and checked us in. The room was in a building beside a campground. Plenty of convenient parking for guests. Room was on 5th floor. I was pleasantly shocked at how big our room was when I entered. King size bed with a nice area for your suitcase. A living room area with a full size refrigerator, kitchen area with a two eye stove, sink and coffee maker. All amenities were provided including plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cups. A very nice leather couch and table. And the balcony was very ample sized with two rocking chairs. I loved staying here and will definitely return. "
"Before we even got to the hotel I had questions about the property and was able to speak with John, he was so kind and answered everything well! And then upon arrival he was also the same person who checked us in. He is so friendly and always welcoming to everyone in the lobby! The hotel was beautiful, the pool was great and the location is perfect! The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and also great customer service!! The only minor complaint I have is that I wish someone had told us about the carpet being ripped up on our floor, it just took us by surprise because the entry into the hotel, the lobby, elevator, all 5 stars but then we got to our floor and it looked like they were recovering from flooding! But it didn’t hurt our stay at all!!"

"We love Country Cascades,there is something for everyone here.The staff are always so friendly,Ty,Derrick,Daniel,Kelly( he’s always so nice to us)I forgot the girls names working in the gift shop but both of them were so nice to my kids(helping with the build a buddy,suggesting what to put on their bracelets.If you have kids of any age this is the place to stay "
