A nice modern apartment block with lots of space, a full kitchen inc. washer, dryer, fridge freezer, ice maker, dishwasher full stove. coffee machine with plenty of coffees etc. One large bed and a lovely large shower. We were a bit more out of town than we would have liked but on the whole we enjoyed our stay here.

Our hall shower had extremely low water pressure, while the bedroom shower had aggressively excessive water pressure. There were a lot of stray hairs on the floor of the hall bathroom and especially in the shower, which we noticed before we used it for the first time. Everything else was excellent, and noticeably cleaned and comfortable. It was spacious and beautiful. I loved the music artwork. The tv in Bedroom 2 kept disconnecting from our phones, but all the other TVs worked perfectly.

Motif is right in the heart of Music Row, literally, and within walking distance of so much. Clean, well appointed studio room with great linens, towels, a simple seating space, a Keurig, and basic dishes. Great place to land for a few days, and have nice amenities (coffee in the morning!), and several bakeries/coffee shops within walking distance. Loved the pool and parking garage. Great service, text check-ins from staff, and responsive to requests.

Great part of town! Locals and historic area. Walkable to a couple of restaurants/bars, grocery and trolley stop. Near Vanderbilt University and Belmont Mansion. Be aware because it’s a city you must pay to park everywhere. I highly suggest taking rideshare to/from airport. You can park at hotel for a daily fee.

Hotel was excellent except pay attention to parking instructions regarding parking at the hotel. The hotel garage is NOT managed by the hotel. This was not made clear at check in. The elevator is not seperate from the hotel. No obvious signage stating this. The implication is the cost will be added to the bill. NOT! We stayed one night and upon leaving there was a notice on the car we had to pay for parking to a 3rd party that included a $20 penalty and a $5 proccessing fee for not paying when we entered. The desk confirmed this was correct and nothing they could do about it.

We stopped for a day before heading to South Carolina. Everything was beautiful but the parking was a pain. 1st the parking app would not send me code to pay 25.99 to park there a day. Then my brothers truck did not fit in the garage . It’s for vehicles that are 6 ft or under so if you have a truck you can not park in the parking lot . They only offer a few about 5 free parking spots in front of the hotel. Other than that situation taking about 2 hours of our time to figure out the , location. Is amazing , service ok, but I think over people are not the friendliest in Nashville. Hope this helps
