The breakfast was okay, there were not many choices but it was still edible and okay, it was loud from the cars on the strip (not really the hotels fault just something to keep in mind) other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay it was close to everything !

Breakfast was not very good at all. Made me sick after eating. There was no parking for all the rooms they had. I couldn't communicate with the staff. And the room was dirty and several lights dosnt work.

Very disappointed in my stay . We stay here every year for our Gatlinburg trip. Normally it is great . This time it wasn’t so great . We found blood of another person on one of the pillows that my husband was sleeping on. Somehow the pillow case came off and that’s how we seen the blood . Managment wasn’t any help . Only offered a 10 percent discount or told us to leave and find another place to stay still with only 10 percent discount

The room was facing a go kart track. We heard go carts until almost midnight even after the closing time of the track. The hotel was older and could have used a huge deep clean.

Our room was not clean at all. The bathroom was so dirty with hair and dirt on the floor, our towels were dirty and had lipstick on it, and our beds were also dirty. We ended up going to a dollar general and buying new towels to use.

Room was clean, but my only complaints were the toilet paper holder on the wall was loose, their elevator wasn't working, and the lighting on the bed frame against the wall was flickering in our particular room. The broken elevator might have been the biggest inconvenience if we had a lot of heavy luggage or mobility issues, but was otherwise no big deal to us. Aside from that, the view was nice, and there was a lot to do within walking distance. It is very close to emergency services, so you will hear sirens. We only heard 1-2 a night shortly before and after bedtime. The staff was nice, and checking in and out was super fast and easy. They had quite the variety for breakfast, but a couple people we talked to weren't pleased with the quality of some items. I stuck to waffles and scrambled eggs, so I didn't try everything personally. We stayed in February during the off-season, and parking was definitely crowded during the weekend, but not completely full. I'm sure it's rough during peak season. Based on the price, I'd rate the stay 4.5/5. I enjoyed the 3 night stay and overall experience despite their perceived flaws.

Room was clean. Can tell a lot of upgrading is taking place. Front desk helpful when asking for towels, wash cloths, etc… would stay again even with the few sketchy looking homeless men who seemed to stay the night outside on the 2nd floor.

Great stay! Our bathroom light was out the first day and they offered to move us into another room. We were so busy we decided to keep the room and they fixed it the following morning! We always enjoy staying here.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was not in good condition shower door was off the runner, iron rack fell off the wall, coffee pot did not work and could not operate digital clock. Needed repairs were reported to office for room 221 upon check out. Had to ask for bath soap upon check in.
