Had a comfortable stay overall. Slept well. Front desk staff were very friendly and informative. However, the parking was very limited. The Hotel was very dated and had older showers and worn beds. Rooms need a fresh coat of paint and new curtains and furniture. The carpet and elevator was very worn and dingy. There was very little of a mountain veiw, as there was another hotel blocking most of view. It surly wasn't affordable for a Friday night stay. It was double the price at $200+. I rather stay at a cabin at that price. The only reason I stay there is that I booked before checking the weather, because it rain on Wednesday the day I wanted to go to Dollywood. So I changed the date and they refund the nonfundable rate. It wasn't worth $200 just to sleep one night in a out dated hotel. The coffee and water was awful and gravy was tasteless. I had to let the staff know that they ran out of pancake mix and water. They did take care of it right away, but should of beenon top of it as it was a fully booked. Everything else was pretty good for breakfast. I stayed at nicer comfort inn, then this one. No extra room with a sofa. One night stay is good price on a weekday, but not double rate on a Friday stay.
