"We got upgraded to a large suite with a beautiful piece of artwork! The staff was courteous and was very helpful in forwarding my luggage to Tokyo. The location of this hotel is perfect - steps away from Pontocho Dori and Gion. The Gion Shijo station was very convenient for sightseeing in Kyoto and day trips outside of Kyoto. Highly recommend this hotel! "
"This was probably the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The room was great, clean, modern, total black-out, well appointed. The restaurant options were great. We tried the rooftop, it was fine but the views weren't great. Definitely recommend it. "
"Friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk to train station entrance. There’s even a 7-11 just across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast with the nice garden view. The croissant is excellent. The public bath is not too busy so I was able to go every night that we stayed. Will definitely stay again "
"So handy for getting to transport, good food options and close to Nishiki market. Comfortable twin room where I slept well, being 6ft 5 inches I was concerned the bed may not be big enough, but it certainly was. Great AC too."
