"1. the room service - the male housekeeper was great. He noticed 3 guests in our room any automatically added 1 extra set of towel & coffee mug for us.
2. Front desk - FD can't help me mailing a post card. I was asked to mail it in a postoffice instead which is a bit disappointed."
"This is not the first time that I stayed in this hotel. I was satifsted with the variety of buffet provided during the lunch and dinner for the weekend and the lunch at Tuesday. My wife was also happy about this arrangement. The buffet is value for money especially with the 1 on 1 promotion i.e. buy 1 get 1 free in my usual terminology."
