"Stunning hotel, very reasonable price. We ended up opting for half board and this worked out well for us. There was always plenty of options on the buffet which were good, we did not find that the ala carte options were very tasty at all.
The staff were all so kind and helpful.
The private beach was lovely, though unfortunately you still get harassed by beach boys who are generally nice but annoying.
The room was always clean, the staff smiling. The pool is beautiful and I love the extra inclusions as well as the little gifts!
Godlisten and Rachel were especially wonderful.

"The food is fantastic. The best buffet we have ever experienced in a hotel - and we travel a lot! Also enjoyed the speciality restaurants where food and service - again excellent.
The staff couldn’t be more friendly. A shout out to Nora (in Gingers) Rhoda on reception and all the pool staff - particularly the activity team - so good.
Evening entertainment mainly good - particularly enjoyed the saxophonist and the high energy gymnastics. The lighting needs to be sorted as when performers used the floor around the stage it was difficult to see them.
We also found our room quite dark - better lighting needed.

"Enjoyed our stay within the apartments at Tembo House. We had full access to the pools at the hotel, which was where breakfast was also served & directly on the beach.

"We had the best time at this resort! Every single staff member we met was absolutely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and always going out of their way to make sure we were happy.
A huge shoutout to Ali, who took us snorkeling and on the dolphin cruise — such an incredible experience and he made it even better! Abba took such great care of us on the beach, always checking in and making sure our drinks were full and we were comfortable. Queen greeted us every morning and afternoon with the biggest smile — she truly brightened our days. And Steven was one of the best servers we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and just an all-around great person.
Honestly, every single team member we came across made us feel so special. You can tell they all love what they do. We left feeling so grateful and can’t wait to come back again soon!
