Gosh, can’t even stay there for 1 min
We arrived the hotel at around 10pm, and the staff who knows English well was about to leave, luckily we were on time or else no one could help us. Since she’s leaving, they could not finish the check-in process fast, and asked us to leave the passport there, we were shocked that they were going to keep our passports. Of course we refused. Then, we go to the room, there is no elavator here which is expected, but when we arrived the room, it’s totallllllllllly different from the photos, there is not even a blanket for us, only a bed sheet as a blanket. And the door seems to be broken, have to push or pull hard to be closed, while there is a place for locking from outside, so if someone plays tricks on us, we may never leave the room. Meanwhile, there is no safety lock inside the room. Therefore, we felt very insecure. Also, the air conditioner was not able to be controlled, and the wind just kept blowing our heads when we lay on the bed. Also, we felt like there were insects on the bed sheet, and we both felt itchy.
For the staff, I don’t know whether it was a culture difference or due to the language ability, but we just felt very uncomfortable and impolite. They did no explaination of facilities too. So the services was unbearable. Thanks for taking my luggage to 4th floor tho.
Therefore, we switched to another hotel directly. Please show some true photos and do not fake customers, the creditability and sense of safety ruined at the moment we entered the room.
