房間丶環境均不錯，只是早餐入住時説隔天一早會放在二樓，隔天早上卻沒有，也找到服務人員，再下樓要出去買早餐回來給爸媽，到一樓拉開鐵門，發現一包早餐放在門邊，裡面還有其他住客的早餐，只好自己找前一天訂的早餐⋯⋯到早上9點退房時均沒有服務人員才場，就自行離開了

浴室管道間設計不良
二樓的浴室很不通風，只有兩扇小氣床，但因為同一側所以沒有風流動的效果。
重點是管道隔音不良，住在二樓日式簡約房會聽到別間浴室洩水聲，超大聲，早上9點不到被洩水聲吵醒。
然後隔壁工地在施工，電鑽跟打牆聲搭配如瀑布般的洩水聲吵醒所有人。

泡湯浴池大且寬敞，但淋浴設施也在半露天位置其實會很冷。4樓的門是紙門，還要去關樓梯燈才能睡覺，而且只有簡易的鎖讓人有點擔心。廁所跟湯池的照明略顯不足。

房間乾淨視野漂亮，溫泉的水流不大但小管家有事先講過，水放久一點一樣可以滿，而且溫度絕對有夠，是次不錯的住宿體驗

這次入住日式簡約, 房內看得出有些年久, 有些地方已可以更新 (床頭板有些破損;冰箱有點聲音), 會更舒適些 。
冷氣是獨立空調, 這點很是滿意。
房門的隔音稍弱, 聽得到鄰房開關門及講話聲, 但所幸晚上大家都很安靜, 睡眠未受打擾。
早餐是旅館特別準備的, 簡單溫馨。
會建議房內及浴室內可多提供一些置物空間或掛勾。
浴室內防滑貼條也可以再多貼一些, 會更安全。
最後, 浴缸排水的聲響在 尚未能改善前, 建議可以提醒旅客離開浴室時再放水, 因為真的蠻大聲的, 會嚇一跳 。

管家很可愛、服務很即時、態度很親切...房間內大床睡起來很舒適，浴室也很寬敞，泡湯十分舒服...想去礁溪市區逛個街，也只要輕鬆散步個10～15分鐘即可到達...是個蠻值得推薦的好旅店~~

蠻推薦的
在礁溪的小路上去，整體環境舒服，房內的溫泉泡起來很不錯，床舒服隔音也不錯，不過剛開始進房間廁所地板有點污水，可能是清潔結尾沒注意到；早餐很用心，還算蠻好吃的！

乾淨的溫泉飯店
房間夠大，溫泉也很舒服，多處使用木頭裝置，不錯。開車比較適合來此。早餐就是早餐店買的早餐，但是裝在漂亮的盤子裡，不用特別期待，就是方便而已。
