Perfect location for night arrival to Hanoi

Worth a longer stay
A great little hotel that was perfect for transit travellers. Very friendly and accommodating particularly when our flight was delayed and it meant a very late night pickup. Big room and super comforty bed and good breakfast. Could have stayed longer. If relying pickup service, I would suggest communicating with them by phone as they don't seem to be in top of replying to messages.

The hotel is close to the airport and for one night it was great. The room was great. Clean and of good size with a fridge and kettle. Beds were comfortable. We didn't really explore the area around the hotel as we were only there one night. Great Pho restaurant around the corner.

Was fine for one night. Room was not very clean. Hair in sink and shower. Floors were dirty. Not sure the sheets were clean as there was hair on them that was not mine. Very convenient to airport for early morning flight.

Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!

This is a lovely, family run hotel that is perfect for a stop over. They picked us up at the airport within fifteen minutes of our call. They were very helpful in getting our luggage to our room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Exactly what i needed. I flew into Hanoi at 9pm, the hotel organised for me to be picked up. Friendly and helpful staff :) Room was perfect! Big comfy bed, air contioning, late check out, warm shower. Perfect way to start my holiday 😊

Ich wollte die Buchung einige Tage vor meinem Aufenthalt stornieren. Leider lässt es die Richtlinie des Hotels nicht zu, dass man die Buchung so „kurzfristig“ storniert. Habe mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten, deswegen bezahle ich nicht gern im Voraus. Wir haben mehrmals versucht das Hotel telefonisch und per Mail zu erreichen aber niemand hat sich gemolden.

The hotel is fine and the people are nice. However, they should change the photos as it indicates they have a restaurant but in fact they only have breakfast now and there are no places to eat that open before 5p.

Well worth the cost! Just an issue with shower.
Clean, but shower was hard to control. Drainage could have been better. Floor slippery. No safety grab bars in shower. Towell rack is above toilet. No hand towel at sink. Otherwise we liked it very much. Good breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful.
