Nice hotel

Although not near the strip, there are free shuttles which take only about 15mins to get to Mirage. However, would recommend to add a little more food to the included breakfast, some eggs would be nice.

A awesome hotel

It is a great hotel. There are a lovely kichen, a small living room, and a comfortable bed in a room. You also can do laundry in the room. With lower price compared to the hotels on the strip but the quality is perfect. The only one little thing I can complain is the breakfast is really poor. There is even no eggs, milk, or yogurts. But I still rate it as a awesome hotel.

Comfortable but quite far from main avenue 性价比不错

The room is big and clean and the king bed is soft and comfortable. The hall decoration is special and the receptionists are friendly. Just the location is not close to the main avenue, but don't worry, they have free shuttle bus every hour to Mirage.房间大，干净，床是1.8宽的，比较软很舒服。酒店大堂装修很有特色，前台也比较有善。缺点就是离拉斯维加斯大道比较远，不过他们每小时都有一趟免费穿梭巴到Mirage赌场，有时间可以等，没时间的话建议就还是住大道附近吧。

Bring your ear plugs if you stay here

This would be a perfectly good hotel if it weren't for one major flaw: abysmal soundproofing. The amenities are there – good room with a small kitchenette, nice pools, easy access to restaurants nearby, plenty of parking, and a handy shuttle service to the Strip. Unfortunately the rooms seem to have thin walls because you can hear conversations from the room next door. It's even easier to hear people in the hallway especially when you have kids running around shouting for their parents or an ill-mannered guest yakking away on his speakerphone. The elevator also seriously needs replacing since it creaks and groans like it's about to fall apart. While the base price of the hotel is fairly cheap, once you stack on the mandatory “resort fee” this rapidly becomes a place that's hard to recommend with the shortcomings mentioned above.

Tolles Familienhotel

Das Hotel ist toll für Familien, der Poolbereich ist schön (2 Pools mit Sand und ein Whirlpool), eine angenehme, ruhigere Atmosphäre. Es gibt ein Shuttle, das stündlich zum Strip fährt, die Küche im Apartment ist voll ausgestattet, die Zimmer bieten viel Platz. Wir hatten 2 Probleme, einmal war ein Waschbecken vetstopft, ein anderes Mal ist eine Sicherung rausgeflogen, so dass Herd und Mikrowelle nicht mehr funktionierten. In beiden Fällen kam innerhalb von Minuten jemand vorbei und hat das Problem behoben! Zu bemängeln wäre die Sauberkeit der Küche (die Schränke waren ziemlich klebrig) und dass die Einrichtung nicht besonders modern ist. Es gibt leider kein Restaurant oder Bar im Hotel, fußläufig sind aber nebenan mehrere Restaurants zu erreichen, sowie ein Starbucks und ein Walgreens (Drogerie). Parken kann man kostenlos nah am eigenen Apartment. Zimmerreinigung findet nur 1x pro Woche statt, man kann aber den Müll rausstellen und bekommt jederzeit neue Handtücher. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert für Familien oder Reisende, die lieber etwas ruhiger und mit eigenem Apartment unterkommen wollen.

Bad shuttle service left us stranded.

The shuttle service was a joke! They failed to inform us that there are two different busses that take you to their sister property’s as well. We hopped on the last bus of the night thinking we were going to go back to the hotel but when the bus went to a different location instead, we asked the bus driver if she was going to take us to the other location and her response was “no, you got on the wrong bus” She literally left us stranded at a different property. I do not like to take Ubers just from a terrible experience in the past which is why I booked with a resort that offers shuttle services to begin with. I was forced to pay for my own uber to get back to the correct resort and felt very unsafe doing so. It would have been nice if at check in, they EXPLAINED the different bus routes and to make sure we got on the correct bus number to get back to the property. Or if the bus driver confirmed with the passengers where they were heading to before leaving the pickup location. Horrible communication from the property as a whole. After that incident, the remainder of our stay the only employee that verified with his passengers where he was taking them before leaving the location was a gentleman named Al. I wish all the employees were as informative as him. A simple gesture could have saved us from getting on the wrong bus the night before.

Great stay, horrible T.P. 😆

Our stay was good! Very easy check in/out. Parking was easy and property seemed safe. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much. The room was very roomy. The only thing that was a downside to the whole stay was the toilet paper. Its so rough that I had to go to the store to buy something different. Otherwise it was a good place to stay off the strip and will definitely book a room here again!

Great value

Such a great budget friendly option off the strip. The free shuttle was a nice bonus! My bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I know my friends didn’t have the same issue. So probably just my room. I would stay here again. Very friendly staff and very clean grounds. Outside the hotel is a little sketchy but not too bad.
