"We had a fabulous time at Hyatt Ziva!. Our butler Catalina was very kind and accommodating. The pools were large, beautiful and very clean. The many different restaurants and bar selections were awesome. Finally we upgraded our room upon arrival and it was extremely spacious and the ocean view was beautiful. I would highly recommend this resort! "
"The location is perfect for walking into town. The pools are nice and poolside food and drink service is really good. We arrived after a hurricane so the elevators were down which made things a little more challenging but it was understandable. Staff is always friendly and welcoming."
