On my second day at the hotel, the front desk staff charged me $15.00 for two small food items. I thought this was super expensive, but I was in a hurry so I just paid and went out the door. The next day I bought the same two food items, but I was only charged $11.00 that time. I brought up this discrepancy with the manager, but they didn't offer any apology, explanation or credit to my bill. Coincidentally, I had overheard a man who stopped by on my second night as he informed the front desk staff that the FBI would be coming by in the morning regarding an investigation into their billing practices... seems I'm not the only customer this establishment has been stealing from. You've been warned.
