Unfortunately, the bad odor of sewer gas coming from the bathroom was very overwhelming. Even after I switched rooms, I could still smell the strong odor, making it unbearable. The room itself was new and very clean, but the surrounding neighborhood was quite noisy, with loud sounds from the busy traffic. 很遺憾的是廁所的沼氣非常嗅，跟酒店溝通換了房間也還是嗅到無法忍受。房間設施新，整體清潔很好，但周邊環境不怎麼樣，外界馬路的噪音很大。

This service apartment hotel is clean and well equipped with almost everything that we need as a home away from home. We stayed on the 51st floor two bedroom unit which had a direct view of Petronas towers. The hotel has two swimming pools with great views too, overall facilities are impressive, also the staffs are friendly and helpful, special mention of Mr Izman. The only negative feedback is about the lack of sound proofing on the windows of the bedroom with the queen sized bed, the noise from the outside is loud enough to keep u awake at night and even louder to wake you up from the surrounding construction as early as 6am. Otherwise, this could be a perfect stay!

Very short stay but a really nice suite. Had views of the PETRONAS Towers. The pools were amazing. Had a very decent meal in the pool restaurant and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to shopping and restaurants. I used the ride sharing app Grab to get around. It was all very easy.

Als Appartementhotel einfach, gut, perfekt gelegen. Für eine Übernachtung war die Küche nur überflüssig und frühstücken bin ich dann doch lieber im KLCC gegangen.

チェックイン時、英語が分からない私たちにとても丁寧に対応していただき、安心して宿泊することが出来ました。また、部屋も広く清潔。最上階から見るツインタワーは圧巻でした。

Based on the location, the price rate for this hotel is fairly cheap. Suria KLCC is just next to the building. The room was clean and comfortable. And the swimming pool area has a breathtaking view of the Twin Towers.
