Not value for money, would not stay again

Property on a nice quiet street, in a good location. ‘Room’ was disappointing. Fixtures and fittings tired and in need of repair/ upgrade. Small kitchen area but no table or seats suitable to eat at, only a small desk with one chair. Room very narrow and care had to be taken walking around the bed under the tv on the wall. Housekeeping quick to respond when dirty cutlery was discovered soon after arrival. Be aware no toaster is provided so unable to make toast for breakfast! I do not think the stay was value for money and would not stay again.

アールズコート駅からのアクセスの良さ、周辺の環境等とても過ごしやすく安全に滞在が出来ました。チェックインの仕方もとても分かりやすかったです。部屋も基本的には清潔でしたが、全体的に少し補修が必要かもしれません。(写真よりは少しだけ古びている印象です) それから、表玄関のドアノブは絶対に修理した方が良いと思います！でもそれすらも楽しめたので、とても良いホテルでした。

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and communication from the operators was very good. Overall cleanliness and condition was adequate. The apartment was a little bit tight, but that is to be expected in London. More hooks, racks, etc would help. Also, we really appreciated free access to laundry (with pods) but the dryer took a very long time to dry a load, just be aware of this. If you are looking for a safe and quiet "home base" while exploring London, this is a great option. Earls Court Station was just a short walk away.

Excelente acomodação!! Muito bem localizado, Extremamente limpo, super confortável e com todos os utensílios necessários pra uma estadia curta! Fácil comunicação e instrução de checkin. This property was just average in my books. I do feel like the pictures look nicer than the flat, but overall it was still good. I do think it could use a thorough cleaning as the walls in the kitchen especially were dirty with handprints and other splatter. Some of the utensils were not very clean as well and there were some cobwebs in the sleeping area on the walls. The kitchen could be better equipped - I didnt have a cutting board/mat or a cutting knife whatsoever, so it made it difficult to prepare fruits and vegetables for meals. There is only one steak knife which was very dull and more like a butterknife. That being said, the location is absolutely the biggest pro of this property. Less than 5 minute walk to Earls Court station which was extremely convenient for transport around London. Check in was easy and also convenient including the communication. I had no issues finding the property and despite the cons listed above, the stay was still good.

Loved the high ceilings and doors onto the balcony, created a lovely feel in the property. The heated bathroom floors meant any spills from the shower dried really quickly and it was beautifully furnished. The host company was extremely responsive when we had concerns and very helpful with local recommendations. Very safe area and walkable to either local transport or the main high streets. Would definitely come again.
