一家價格低廉但感覺舒服的酒店
第一次去河內便幸運地入住這酒店。這是一家小型的酒店，價格雖然低廉但房間的設備齊全是非常整潔。我特別喜歡我的房間有一個很大的窗戶，因為我愛陽光，起床時打開窗簾，陽光直接投入，感覺非常舒服。客服也非常親切，他們主動介紹酒店附近有什麼特色的商店和地標。酒店附近就是老街市和環劍湖，有很多餐廳和商店，非常熱鬧。唯一是浴室沒有架子來擺放洗頭液，希望可以加裝和改善。但下次再來河內時，必定再次入住這酒店。 （另前台的服務員是一個漂亮的女孩子）

Very good
地點好，走路5分鐘以內就有非常多好逛的地方，服務人員態度親切、周到，wifi 穩定沒出過什麼問題，早餐也不錯，只需注意週末交通管制車輛出入不易。隔音尚可，此區域旅店因為環境還有交通習慣(按喇叭)的原因，無法做到非常安靜，不過算是可以接受了。

Very Grubby
The Hotel taxi didnt turn up !!! So we took a Grab taxi which was half the price the hotel wanted. The rooms and hotel did not look like in the photos, Very grubby ans tired. The balcony was the size of a small shower tray. We paid extra for a balcony with a view of the lake. Needless to say no view. They then tried to bill us more than what we agreed with Hotels.com. We moved to another hotel. They have billed my credit card. So trying to get money back for that

Disappointed
Sadly, Trang Trang has gone downhill since i stayed in 2018. I was excited to arrive, but was instantly let down. Chipped paint and a poorly maintained lobby appearance was a hint. Then, we were not given the room we paid for. I pointed this out, and was told repeatedly that it was the "same class" of room. They insisted it was the same size although I reminded them I had previously stayed in the other rooms of the hotel. So this was clearly untrue.I noted that you can see the square footage of the rooms on the app. Finally, they told me a guest was already staying in the room I booked. Also, the room we stayed in was cramped and aging with chipped and yellowing paint. The bathroom was absurdly small and uncomfortable and the bidet had a significant leak that kept the floor wet. I withdraw my previous recommendation and agree with the current negative opinions. Stay at San Grand across the street. It is better by far.

Nice Hotel on a busy street
Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Stayed in the week leading up to Tet and it was the perfect location. Room was simple but comfortable. There is a rooftop bar but if it’s windy and cold give it a miss

Für Deluxe zimmer ist ok für 1 person, für 2 person ist ziemlich klein,die Matratze ist ein bischen wie die hängematte in die mitte, ich bekam zimmer im 9.stock gibt es wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, aber oben direckt 10.stock und 11.stock sind die Skybarterrarre, die open bis 24 uhr , man hört sehr gut die music und die Geräuche vom Leuten, es ist sehr laut und belästig wann man ruhe möchte.Die Receptionistinnen sind sehr nett und hilfbereit.Die lage ist sehr zentral nähe vor allem.

コンパクトでも快適
ホアン・キエム湖まで数分の旧市街で玄関出れば即、路上市場。情緒有るエリアの真っ只中。窓有りの中層階は明るく、部屋は小さいけどポットや冷蔵庫など価格の割にはひと通り揃っていてとても快適です。特にスタッフが親切で感じが良かったです。荷物預かりや空港への車手配などもテキパキと完璧でした。

We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was the condition of the property. It wouldn’t take much for them to invest in a little paint and some new towels and sheets. They were very well worn. With just a little effort, it could be a 10 facility. The location was excellent, near everything you could possibly want and the staff went above and beyond making sure we have everything we needed. I would definitely stay again, if I ever came back to Hanoi!

Staying here made my trip most enjoyable.. Philip, Tracey and the rest of the staff made it a pleasure to stay at Trang Trang. I could not thank them all enough. The location of the hotel is so central making it a breeze to get around the city. The room itself is clean, bed is comfortable and have the amenities required. Room size perfect for one person, however they also have larger rooms if travelling as a couple or group. Also breakfast is included.. and the offering is suffice.. you can have local foods or have them make you a eggs on order. If you are interested in doing day or overnight tours... just have a chat to Philip he will be able to sort you out. If I return to Hanoi I will definitely be going back to Trang Trang Premium Hotel to stay. Tony

This is a beautifully renovated French style hotel. For $25. It is a great deal. However, the a/c struggles to put out any cool air. The neighborhood is loud and strewn with trash. Probably somewhere I would have stayed when I was in my 20’s. Definitely not bringing my wife.

· We booked 1 night at Trang Trang Hotel . Up arrival, we booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights as Hanoi Foods tours + Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night on luxury Cruise + airport transportation that all was excellent and great value. Our rooms was very new, modern, clean, great facilities and nice view, great raining shower and comfortable bed. The hotel location is great close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful Hoan Kiem lake and shopping ... HOW EVER , trang trang hotel is Special hotel than many Boutique hotels in Asia that's about their staffs was awesome, super friendly, amazing and cute, i'm feeling my home when we been their. Thank you very much to MR PHILIP and high recommending to every one looking the perfect Boutique hotel in Hanoi old quarter !

we booked 1 night stayed at HANOI TRANG TRANG HOTEL and upon arrival booked Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour on Lapandora Cruise + transportation with Mr. PHILIP was fantastic trip - great price for my group. We loved our rooms in TRANG TRANG HOTEL so much and so on, the staffs are super friendly, helpful, always waited to served us with beautiful - cute smiles. We're really loved TRANG TRANG HOTEL and why did we loved this hotel ? please looking my reason as follows : 1. Hotel is beautiful designed with new style, great location close to many good restaurants, shopping, coffee shops,nice lake view, seeing places, and looked very newest. 2. Staffs are awesome, specal MR PHILIP super friendly and helpful, they did to show us the best Vietnamese restaurants, beautiful place to exercise, great place to seeing ... they helped us to booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights was excellent and great value. 3. Rooms was large, new, very clean, beautiful decor, lovely - comfortable bed and great raining shower. we loved it !! 4. Breakfast was delicious, fresh with many choice, we loved banana cake and ice milk coffee with box " cafe Phin sua Da "so much.
