Carol was the best part of our trip. She is extremely helpful and her english is perfect. However, we were a bit disappointed with our stay. There are two hotels one inside the park and one outside. We had to stay at the one outiside since the gate to the park was closed as we arrived late at night. Carol did ask us we would like to move inside for the rest of our stay but as we understood the hotel inside was in worse conditions than the one outside...
The room was full of surprises. Carol sister's runs the hotel outside and she doesn't speak any English. When we first entered the room we were welcomed by coackroaches and when we complained they seemed surprised that we were discusted by them. The room is dirty at best, the bathrooms were discusting. The bedding and beds were full of stains and the hotel overall was in a run down state. We understand that it is not meant to be a 5 starts hotel but we were expecting at least some cleaness. Also if you are staying bring your own towel cause the ones provided are barely big enough for a face towel and they smell dodgy. Location is very good (the park gate is 3 min walk away) and you wont spent that much time in the room however if you stay here be prepared. Carol was great she made a map for us and was always easy to reach, she is very familiar with the park as she grew up in it, so she was the reason why we stayed for the rest of our booking.
