Sehr hellhörig. Glocke vom Aufzug, Türalarme bei nicht geschlossenen Zimmertüren. Gespräche aus Fluren und Nebenzimmern. Starker Fäkalgeruch, wenn Klimaanlage nicht in Betrieb. Armaturen im Bad gehören ausgetauscht. Insgesamt sauber und freundliches Personal.

Guarantee room key card
Recently staying at this property for 2 nights during Christmas holidays.
Never before a hotel asked for money to guarantee room key card but this hotel did.
The problem is the reception area isn’t at the same area with the building we were staying so chance we forget about the money are considerably high.
Even the staff at our building who received our key cards when we check out didn’t remind us about the guarantee money.
Once I found the receipt in my wallet after a few days, I tried to contact the hotel and they simply ignored me. No positive gesture what so ever!
