睡得香甜的三個晚上
地點就在36古街內，離環劍湖也很近，逛累了隨時可以回飯店休息。附近也有很多路邊小吃餐廳咖啡廳可以選擇，斜對面就有ＳＰＡ，生活機能很不錯，晚上飯店外會有攤販擺小椅子變成露天喝茶喝啤酒的地方，雖然這次房間就是面對熱鬧的街道，但隔音還算不錯，入住的三個晚上都睡得很香甜。因為附近太多當地美食，所以並沒有使用到飯店早餐，但有到餐廳看看，早餐屬於較簡單的buffet，座位不多。飯店人員也很親切，會主動詢問今天是否已有安排的行程，需不需要介紹。要說有什麼缺點，大概就是wifi速度及穩定度較差，入住的房間在2樓早上會聽到餐廳盤子聲音及稍微聞到餐廳油煙味，但這些都不影響整體入住的品質，下次有機會到河內，我還是會先查詢這家飯店是否有空房。

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! Good location
Very nice hotel, brand new with friendly staffs. Good location and walking distance to most of the sight seeing place. Just one suggestion, shower water temperature is not consistent...sometimes will change to hot or cold water all of sudden. But in general speaking had a wonderful time in this hotel.

The room looks great and comfortable bed. Staff are kind. I would recommend when cleaning the rooms to check if anything was empty to fill them. Our hand soap container empty when we checked in but once we told the cleaners they did it away. We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Older hotel but in the heart of Old Town Hanoi and close to everything.

Pro: the staffs were super helpful. They gave us recommendations for dining options. Convenient location, walking distance to various local restaurants. Cons: room was small, which I guess is common for old quarter areas. The A/C took a good 12hours to get to 16*C - I like the room to be cool so it was annoying, especially the electricity was shut down when you’re out of the room during the day. Bathroom was ok, but it would leak because only half of the bathtub was cover. Probably needs a shower curtain. Overall, it needs some upgrade. The fridge was barely enough to keep your beverage cool, and it took a long time too. I think I get what I pay for. Since it was only $40 /days for the triple room in downtown Hanoi. However, I think I would rather pay some more for a bigger & better room.

This location in old quarter can’t be beat! The hotel is not that big - with only 29 rooms and so there is a sense of coziness to the hotel ! What makes this even better is the excellent staff that they have. Special shout out to Linda for all the help that she was in making the stay and the trip arrangements from Hanoi to Ning Binh and Halong Bay! A great stay and highly recommend if

Pleasant hotel in Hanoi
Staff were superb: very helpful, kind, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel location is great: close to sites, eating, shopping and Hoan Lake. Stayed here twice. First stay was great as the room faced the street, had a good layout and had large windows. On our second stay, the room was long and narrow. It was fine but unique. I would recommend this hotel as I would stay here again!

Great place to stay, tucked away on a busy street, but our room was on the backside and very quiet. Was fun to walk out onto a bustling scene everyday. The staff were outstanding, kind, helpful. Linda helped us book an outing to Lan Ha; Chloe and Cha were just wonderful. One thing: Expedia lists a pool at this property. There isn’t one.

BED BUGS!! We checked in and service was good. Your bags are not secure if you drop them off while waiting for a room to be ready. We took a shower as soon as we got in our room and noticed black mold coming out of the jets in the tub. Then as we walked to the patio door, we noticed black mold around the caulking of the door. Then we found BED BUGS on our mattress!! Went downstairs and found the lobby with all the lights off and staff sleeping in the lobby couch. Asked for another room but they were entirely full. They were nice enough to come change out our sheets. But then we noticed underneath the mattress was filthy dirty. We asked if we can just pay for the first night and get a refund for the other 3 nights but they refuse to give us the refund. HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE!? Your room is filthy dirty and infested with bed bugs but we still have to pay for it? Its called luxury but it has zero things luxury about it.

Great property for location and staff attentiveness. Linda was great and helped us book an overnight Halong bay trip which is a MUST. Great dining options around the hotel and everything is in walking distance. We stayed in 2 Different rooms before and after our overnight cruise and Linda upgraded us for a discounted rate and gave us a complimentary breakfast!
