I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff are amazing and even organised for a little birthday cake to be sent up to my room. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The location of the hotel was also good, so there were many good restaurants and things to enjoy around it. However, I'm a little dissatisfied with breakfast. It's my first time at a hotel without strawberry jam, and butter is one thing, but it doesn't taste good. My biggest complaint was that I had 2 coffee machines, and both of them didn't work well for about 3 days, but they don't fix it for 3 days.

After checking in, a strange smell greeted us as we entered the room. It was late at night and we were tired from the long flight, so we decided to just go to sleep. The next morning, when I went into the bathroom to take a shower, I saw a thumb-sized stain on the floor of the room, so I can't give a good score for the cleanliness of the room. By the way, I recommend that you avoid room service. The location of the hotel is 5 stars, but I think it needs a more mature service that is worthy of a 5-star hotel.

조식도 만족스럽고 모든 환경이 대체적으로 좋음. 특히 수영장이 넓어 정말 좋음. 시내에 수영장이 이렇게 좋은 호텔이 얼마나 있을지? 서늘한 시간대에 시내 관광하고 더운시간대에는 수영장에서 충분히 시간을 즐길수 있어 상당히 좋았음. 침대 시트가 더러워 교체해 줄 것을 요청했는데 잘 교체해주었고 에어컨이 동작되지 않아 확인요청하니 방도 변경해주었음. 다만 냉장고는 상태가 별로 좋지 않음. 오래되어 냄새나고 패킹 손상되어 시원하지가 않았음
