Great experience. Hotel is in an ideal location. Easy to walk to so much! Food, convenience store, bakery, Italian restaurant, the marina, coffee shops etc. The garden is lush. The koi pond is such a lovely tropical touch. There is a great patio area with shade and beautiful plants. We checked in late, after the desk closed, and it was still seamless. Housekeeping services were timely and attentive. I loved our suite. It was on the third floor (no elevator). The private patio was so nice to enjoy our morning coffee on. Good seating. The AC in our suite worked great, but was pretty loud. Fans in the bedroom was really nice. Overall great stay. Would recommend. Would stay again

Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Key West. In a nice quiet area but within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and kind. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Nice gardens with a pool. Bikes to rent.

The staff were friendly and professional. Good location in relation to activities. The property needs updates.. the ceiling paint was stained and peeling, the mattress was terribly lumpy and uncomfortable and the furniture was very dated. There was construction happening at the property next door that was very loud- every day, all day for the 5 days we were there. Loud machinery, hammering, loud music from the workers. This was right next to the pool and could also be heard in our room. I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to relax and enjoy peaceful time by the pool.

Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend. The location was perfect .. close enough to walk to everything but on a side street which kept it quiet at night. The gardens were lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. The furnishings were well worn, but not in a bad way... It was quaint and comfortable...

The location was excellent, safe with easy walking to many sights and restaurants. Our unit (Arch House number 1) was on a busy street so noisy. The place was very clean but had a musty, moldy smell and only the bathroom window opened so it was hard to fix. The two queen bedrooms were small but beds were comfy. No hooks for coats. Couch was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. Not comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was tiny but functional. Staff was so friendly and professional. Pool was warm and amazing.

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The grounds were beautiful. The room had such Key West charm and the porch was where we spent most of our free time. The room was cleaned daily and bottles of water and granola bars were left for us each day. It’s those nice little touches that put it over the top. Easy to rent bikes on site. Perfect location. Highly recommend. My only recommendation is a step stool to get up in the main bed as it was a bit high to climb up on.

sland City House Hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay! The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything Key West has to offer. The property is clean, well-maintained, and charming, with a lovely atmosphere. We also enjoyed the fun Christmas lights, which added a festive touch. The staff went above and beyond, helping plan a special surprise that made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
