It was different than what was shown online. It just felt sketchy qnd run down. We ended up staying at another hotel. Hotel Puerto Holbox is where we stayed for the nite.

The bed had bedbugs and we were bitten by them and couldn’t sleep well for the rest of the trip, the shower only droped like half of the water bc it was full of scale and the water in the sink came out in every direction and it was a disaster. The concept of the hotel is cool, it needs remodelling and more attention tho

A week off the beaten path

This was a cool place to stay. Quick walk to the beach, a little further to downtown which was fine as it was fairly quiet. Advertised a mini fridge and coffee maker but they were non existent, which was very disappointing. The beds were comfortable the room was clean the water pressure takes a while to figure out. Need more hooks or shelves for your stuff and a coffee maker!

No respetan el precio que conviene en la app. Cuando llegas te sacan un cobro de impuestos extra. Nunca limpiaron la habitación. No te cambian toallas

Rustic Retreat

This was a little further away from the main square of Holbox (about a 8 minute walk), but still easy to get to and a fun little retreat. Cozy and comfortable room, and the semi-outdoor shower is a nice touch. Wifi was so-so in the room I had, but when I sat outside closer to the router, I had better reception. Would recommend a stay here if you're looking for something unique and quiet.
