BETRUG,UNSERIÖSE MACHENSCHAFTEN AUF HÖCHSTEM LEVEL
Hände weg.Ich hab mich sehr unwillkommen gefühlt.Ich erhielt das schäbigste EZ,obwohl ich ein DZ gebucht und Monate zuvor bezahlt hatte.KOSTENLOSER STORNO war nicht möglich.Der Vermieter macht dies mit vollem Bedacht,weil der Gast NO Chance TO REFUND hat.Deshalb war ich ihm egal.Der Raum wird auf webseite nicht gezeigt.war total verdreckt,die AC hing nur noch am seidenen Faden, schwarz,ohne Gitter,ich hab mich nicht getraut sie anzustellen.Kein Stuhl,Tisch,Bügel,1lampe die nur durch Bewegung der Birne funktionierte.Einige Löcher in Wand/Decke,die provisorisch zugestopft wurden.Fenster und Türen mit dicker Sand+ Staubschicht überzogen.Als ich den Vermieter bat mir das gebuchte Zimmer zu geben,oder ich Hotel.com über diese Zustände informiere,war die Antwort "ok" In der nacht 23.30 Uhr wurde begonnen zu kochen bis in den anderen morgen 1.30 uhr. Danach der Abwasch. Lautes klappern mit dem Geschirr, ließen mich nicht schlafen. Kameraüberwachung OMG Ich habe dieses respektlose Verhalten mit Bildern belegt an Hotels.com gesendet. HILFE erhielt ich bis heute nicht. Sie sind der Meinung, ich habe als Gast KEIN RECHT nur 1 PFLICHT BEZAHLEN und still sein soll. Der Vermieter dagegen hat NULL PFLICHTEN,aber ALLE RECHTE.Also demzufolge auch FINGER WEG VON HOTEL.COM Diese Plattform hat mich im STICH gelassen,ist mir in den Rücken gefallen,hat mich gelassen wie eine heiße Kartoffel. Scary place. Should not be on Hotels.com
Never stay here. They cancelled the booking I made for Feb 1 and I rebooked and they canceled again. So it cost me over $500 to stay at another place I had to book through Expedia. They would not refund the Feb 14th booking so I showed up Feb 14th at the address as per booking confirmation and the email from hotels.com they sent the day before and then I was told that the address had changed which was on the other side of the airport and at least a 20 minute drive away. I was scared all night and did not get any sleep in the “‘garden view” room which had no view. Shouting and screaming after midnight was scary.
Single bed made my back hurt.
No view

Horrible experience, Owner cancelled when I arrived at property. Customer service found me another place for 4 times the cost and offered no other assistance.

The only good thing aboit this place was the other guests i met. The place was dirty(i mean dirty), unsafe(smoke detectors broken with wiring hsnging out, air conditioner had more parts missing than intact, bad wiring with exposed outlets and so on and so on). Very unaccomodating and didnt care. It was just a fast buck. We reserved a room for the 3 of us(double bed and single bed). When we arrived the room given was just a doubke bed. All he said was"i rented it already". No apologies. We reserved it, paid for it and he gsve it away and then brought a dirty air mattress for one of us to sleep on. It took up the rest of the floor space so the only way to go to the shared bathroom was to wake the one up on the air mattress, lift the bed up to get the door open and go that way, then move it back. Really the only missing was cockroaches. Very terrible, pictures do not represent, do not stay here.

très propre, Brandon faisait le ménage et passe le balais tous les jours. Très bon accueil du gérant Brandon et très accommodant Nuits très tranquilles sans aucun bruit bien que nous nous couchions tôt. Grand respect des autres clients.

We arrived at the property and they told us we aren’t allowed to stay because they had random people show up and took our room and never left. So we had to go somewhere else. After traveling for 12 hours to start our HONEYMOON we had to find somewhere to go while in an Uber and paid 3x the amount. So sad :(
