A lot of switches and bulbs werent working, so we had to twist and replug to get things to work. Shower head very soap scummy, so water sprayed multiple directions. Pool nice and warm, but a slight slimy feel like the pH was a bit off. Towels nice and thick and plentiful. Bedding was so-so, with pillows not thick enough to provide proper neck support and mattress too firm for me, but comfortable for kids and husband. Blackout curtains did not actually black out fully, plus they were electric and did not fully open, so could not enjoy our city view that came with the room. Valet parking was very expensive considering we were staying in the hotel itself. The main plus was how close it was to the convention center. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was my second time staying there and firat time the room was better, so hoping a third chance will produce a better room. Overall, still a decent hotel downtown close to what I needed.
