I am 82 years old, and this hotel is more a hostel. No ground floor room, only 2nd or 3rd. No elevator, stairs step and narrow. Bed on floor. I could not navigate the stairs with my luggage, nor get up from the bed. There is no front desk person, so I called to say that I was unable to stay. The bathroom is in the bedroom, no wall between the two. My reservation was for two nights, and they refused any reimbursement. A really crappy thing to do to this old Veteran.

Check in was easy, convenient. Room was extremely small. No problem as a solo traveller with the toilet and shower in same space as bed, however I kept getting caught by the table, bed legs, etc. as the space was too small. Garbage in the room hadn’t been emptied before I arrived as well. Off the beaten track, not worth it for the trek across from Ontario to New Brunswick as there are similar prices and better places in the same price point.

Malgré ce concept nouveau pour moi assistant à distance etc. j'ai trouvé fort facile l'enregistrement et la récupération de la clé. Propre mais parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule 2 ami.e.s c'est peut-être pas l'idéal hahaha

Tres petite chambre économique mais tres bien equiper , tout etait la. Mais en semaine difficile de trouver un resto ouvert pour souper, sinon ya le maxi a 2 pas et sans oublier le train dans la cour.

Chambre très propre, mais très mal isolé pour le bruit. Le plancher pas à niveau, le lit était très inconfortable à cause du penchant, les objets sur la table glisse dû au penchant du plancher et la porte de douche ne reste pas fermée puisque ce n’est pas à niveau. Une nuit c’était trop, nous avons très mal dormi et avons eu des courbatures due à l’inconfort du lit. Le Corridor sentait le Pot. J’ai essayé de contacter quelqu’un pour une information et malheureusement c’était un ordinateur, ça sonnait sans cesse pour parler à un interlocuteur, mais personne répondait.

Outside of property is a bit run down but rooms have been updated and modern. Room was a bit small best suited to solo travellers. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be inconvenient as reaching the room requires going up two sets is stairs. Amenities inside the room were great.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening and at first thought it was closed because there were many cobwebs at the entrance. To enter, we had to call and get the door code. Since we don’t speak French, we were very thankful to a kind gentleman on the first floor who helped us, and thanks to him we were able to check in smoothly. The hotel operates without staff on site, which we only realized upon arrival, but the room itself was clean and we had a comfortable stay for the night. If the entrance area were kept cleaner and the cobwebs removed, it would create a much better first impression.

Entrée avec code, aucun personnel sur place mais communication facile avec poste informatique à la réception. Chambre très petite mais avec tous les services. Idéal pour 1 ou 2 personnes très à l’aise ensemble car salle de bain dans même pièce que lit et table (rideau d’intimité seulement). Toilette commune aussi dispo sur l’étage. Tout dans la chambre était très propre, aspect neuf. Epicerie et 2-3 restos biens à 3 min à pieds. Frigo assez grand et micro-onde. Tv câblé. Clim efficace. Musique de la taverne dessous audible en soirée (juste la base en sourdine) mais cessait vers 22:00 je crois.

J'ai été agrablement surpris, hotel derniere minute, pas cher, tres propre. vieux batiment avec bar en dessous, pas bruyant pour nous car in était au 3ieme étage (chambre 204)...surtout pas cher
