Rooms are very old and outdated. Beds were all stained. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work. Just didn’t feel comfortable in the area it was located. They said they offered breakfast but no one told us where to go for it and we didn’t see any signs.

Unsaubere, schlechte Absteige, kein "Hotel"
Nach über 26 Stunden Reise eine schlimme Überraschung, dieses sogenannte Hotel. Erst geht die Zimmerkarte nicht, dann fehlen Handtücher und dann ist alles dreckig und unsauber, ganz speziell die Bettwäsche, die aussieht als ob sie nicht neu aufgezogen worden ist und die ecklige Flecken hat. Der Duschvorhang hat üble Stock-und Schimmelflecken. Von dem Schimmelpilz im Abfluß,(den man im Spiegel gut sehen kann) dem insgesamt schmuddeligem Zustand der Sanitäranlagen bis zum Schmutz auf dem Fußboden, von Sauberkeit kann keine Rede sein. Der Zustand der Möbel ist marode und die Einrichtung insgesamt in schlechtem Zustand. An der Tür kann man deutlich sehen, das die schon aufgebrochen wurde. Die Foto's im Account von Hotels.com müssen uralt bzw. gefakt sein. Sie zeigen nicht annähernd die Wirklichkeit. Wir buchen viele Hotels, seit 2015 bei Hotels.com, aber so ein schlimmes Hotel hatten wir noch nie.

Look Elsewhere!
The room smelled like mildew. The room definitely looked outdated. The lamps had rust on them. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The toilet leaked all night. The tank would start filling about every 30 mins or so. The furniture looked liked it was picked up from someone's trash. Arrived to late to find alternative accommodations. Surprisedly the bed looked clean. Checked mattress & thankfully saw No bedbugs. The sheets were clean but I was afraid to peel them back all the way. We slept on top of bed not under the covers though. The TV at first didnt work. Figured out it had to be reprogrammed then I could watch some TV. We didnt sleep well. Heard people talking throughout the night from outside. In the morning there was an old can with cigarette butts in front of my door, on top of the steps. In the morning, the front door was locked. The attendant came to the door with a sheet over his shoulders like if he just woke up. He just extended his hand for the key card & locked the door back before we could ask anymore questions. We ask through the glass about breakfast; he just shook his head & walked off. Not pleased!

There is no such thing as continental breakfast, shower was so dirty and old that we didn’t shower for 2 days straight cause we were afraid of getting fungus or something like that. A LOT of noise at night and it feels old and with low maintenance. Wouldn’t recommend it to family

The sewer was clogged, there was two halfs of toilet paper, the tub was very dirty, in my brothers room there was a bug in the bathroom. Never again.

Nightmare in Kissimmee fla
The never gave me a room but not even let me out the door let me in the door. The hurricane was I was in the rain and the wind standing at the door, asking the guy to open the door, please and he would not. He said he would have no rooms leave.

This was the worst MOTEL I have ever stepped foot in. You can't call this a hotel. The outside is very rough, and the area is definitely not good. The smell hits you first. Doors and lights not working, mold on the ceiling, and all over the bathroom. I ran in to use the rest room before looking at anything and I would not sit on the toilet. Then I pulled the shower curtain and found 4 live roaches running in the tub. Everything was gross, the bed, lamp shades and floor but the smell was over whelming. I did not stay. I found a room for less that was 100x nicer right down the road. Service was awful and they have not given me a refund. Truly AWFUL, very deceptive and unbelievably filthy. There are no photos that represent the actual state of this disgusting place. I would rather sleep outside than in one of those rooms and that is not a joke.
