Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec notre petit fils Lou 9 ans il a adoré l'explorer club qu'il a beaucoup fréquenté avec Helena et Daniela qui sont très professionnelles et très sympathiques pour elles une note de 10 sur 10 .La grandeur de l'hôtel est parfaite .un petit bémol pas assez de transat sur la plage et difficile de se baigner avec le corail .Il serait parfait de mettre un ponton qui nous mennerait à une profondeur plus importante.

Meh!
Beautiful property, service left lots to be desired. The "all inclusive," also has lots of room for improvement. For restaurants, no reservations allowed, not all restaurants open every day (rotate), no use of technology to track wait times, and they seem to resort to pay for play (i.e buy bottles, get table sooner). On the bars, very slim selection of liquors and mixers....so not an extensive selection and not premium by any means. AC malfunction - not fixed.

Beautiful property, service sucks. Property mismanaged and lack of training & understaffing evident. Restaurant system is antiquated and inefficient. No reservations accepted and not all restaurants open every day, so there is a demand / supply imbalance. Be ready to wait 2 hrs every night for dinner. AC wasn't working and never fixed, even after asking every day. Never got my “complimentary” wine bottle, even though I asked 4x

Desde que llegamos la habitación que nos dieron tenía un charco, por el aire acondicionado, además nos dieron una que no pagamos, solicitamos el cambio y nos lo dieron hasta el siguiente día, de igual forma tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado. Además de la situación del cuarto la alberca no está climatizada, no hacía tanto calor y fue imposible usarla por que viajamos con un bebé, uno de Los restaurantes al que queríamos ir estuvo cerrado dos de las noches en las que estuvimos y al final la comida tampoco fue buena, el personal es atento sin embargo claramente les falta gente

The property is beautiful and had access to two other resorts- Sunscapes and Secrets.what we didn’t enjoy was the swim up bars did not have a wide variety of scotches or whiskey. Dreams only has one main Pool and it too cold to enjoy. We ended going to Secrets to enjoy the pool since it was warmer. The food choices at the buffet were very boring. The pizzaria was very disappointing, the cheese was barely melted and the pepperoni didn’t look like it baked with the pizza. The air conditioning in Olio Restaurants was set too cold. And the meats in the meals we chose were undercooked. The room fridge was refilled not daily.

We had an incredibly long wait for our room, but once it was ready, the team did everything they could to make up for it! The room was incredible, the AC worked great, the mini bar was restocked very regularly. Karina at the desk was great, and ALL of the staff at all restaurants and bars were amazing! It is a nice, quiet resort, with all the amenities you can want. The food was excellent, we enjoyed all of the a la carte restaurants, more than once. We could have gone to the sister resorts for meals too, but didn't feel like we needed to! The snorkeling of the beach was excellent, we went in every day. Overall incredibly happy with our stay, and we will gladly return for another trip!

I have stayed at other Dreams and Secrets in the past and that is why we chose to do those resorts in Cozumel. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as before. Staff was not very willing to help. Food was not great and there was a wait time of 2 hours every evening. And I also received food positioning and was down in my room for 36 hours. With that being said I don't believe I will be back.

The staff was annoyed and unfriendly everywhere we went and we had access to all 3 resorts. Trying to dine somewhere was near impossible due to no reservations and them rotating what is open. If we were able to get in somewhere to eat, we never got what we actually ordered. They told us we weren’t allowed to order room service and took our room service sign out of our room. We never got fresh towels and the bathroom had visible mold. I would not stay at this resort again.

We loved the overall experience. The selection of restaurants and different types of food was great. The ease of access to the beach from our villa was excellent for lots of great beach time. We loved how we gad full access to all 3 resorts and it was very easy to walk around to get whatever we wanted and needed. The spa was just incredible and we treated ourselves to a much needed spa day. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We just cannot say enough good things about Dreams and we are already planning a return trip there for next year!!
