The first day arrived late, due to the lack of room to change our room into a studio only a bed without a sofa, we can only have a person to sleep on the floor. The most outrageous is 10 o'clock to check out, 10:01 front desk called to urge to check out, the first time I encountered this situation.

The heat never did work in our room and as a result it was uncomfortable. We reported it to reception and were assured someone would be right up to fix it. After an hour, I had to call again. Soon after the second call two guys showed up and just raised the thermostat to 80 degrees and told me to wait. I knew that wouldn’t work because there was no heat coming out of the vent no matter how high you raised the temperature. They told me they would be back in 5 minutes to check. After a half hour I called reception again and asked to change rooms. She asked us to wait a little longer, so we went to dinner. When we came back it was just as cold. Finally we just set the thermostat to 62 so that at least, it would quit blowing cold air on us and got under the covers to warm up. To add insult to injury, the hotel sent me a survey request which I took the time to fill out stating the above. When I tried to send it, their system failed. This was our second stay with them and will be the last.

The first room, upon check in, was terrible. About a two block walk to the room at night… then the room was in terrible condition. They moved us to a better room, but charged more for it.

A little dated, but great room. Plenty of space to feel comfortable. The luggage carts need new wheels ASAP. Difficult trek from the car to the room, including some awkward cornering to get in and out of the elevators. Staff was awesome. A little inconvenient to have to check in at one building and then drive to another location just down the street.
