Awful late night check in experience.

We arrived late on Thursday evening. Self check in wasn't working so we had to wait for receptionist, unfortunately nobody appeared for around 30 mins so we were left sat in the reception for all of this time. Once he arrived he explained that his system was down so he could not check us in properly and did not know which rooms were ours. He proceeded to take us to what thought were empty rooms only to find they were already occupied by other guests, he attempted to enter 3 different rooms which were already occupied, disturbing other guests at 1am in the morning! At this point he was clearly feeling pretty stressed so asked us to wait back in the lobby as he carried on checking for empty rooms. We waited another 30 mins in the lobby before he eventually found 3 empty rooms for us. We had booked 3 twin rooms but were actually given one family room with double bed and bunk beds which meant one of our group had to sleep in bunk beds for 3 days. In total we waited well over an hour to be given rooms which weren't what we had booked, not what you need when arriving late at night. We weren't even given entry codes for our room and had to check in the following morning. There wasn't much in the way of an apology for the inconvenience caused. On the positive side, the Hotel was well priced and a great location for exploring Berlin, close to transport links and rooms were adequate, didn't try breakfast. If not for the check in issue, i would score the hotel higher.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. L'hôtel est tres proche d'Alexanderplatz et du centre commercial Alexa, ce qui est tres pratique. Nous avons aussi profité de la location de vélos à l'hôtel.

IKEA hotel

Got there at midnight the check-in was still open. Offered breakfast as an add on declined initial but did it the last morning (personally wasn't worth the money cereal muffin cheese salami bread roll and yoghurt). Rooms basic but clean. If IKEA designed hotels this would be theirs. Good position few minutes from the Alexa centre about 10 mins from the TV tower

12 minute walk from subway. Nice location. Super convenient. I did a day tour and it was only a 20 minute walk to meet my group. Cafe across the way was nice for breakfast. Yeah, what's not to like.

Hotel localizado á 5 min da estação Alexandre Platz, em frente ao Shopping Alexa, com muitas lojas e opções de alimentação. O hotel possui self check in e check out. O quarto possui TV LCD, wi-fi, secador de cabelo e shampoo e sabonete líquido. Não tem frigobar e nem cofre.A cama e a ducha são é boas e o endredom bem quente. Nas proximidades muitas opções de lojas, transporte e alimentação. Fica bem em frente a linha do trem, porem as janelas são antirruído A cortina black-out é muito boa. O quarto acessivel é bem equipado. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, com recepção e máquinas de bebidas e alimentação. O atendimento foi atencioso e gentil.

Excelente hotel economico na Alexanderplatz

Excelente hotel economico, muito bem localizado, a poucos metros das estações de Alexanderplatz e em frente ao shopping Alexa, em Berlin. Quarto limpo e cama confortaveis, otimo chuveiro. Staff gentil e solicito. Como cheguei antes do horario do checkin, pude deixar as bagagens na recepção. O mesmo, no checkout, voltando mais tarde para busca-las. Quando retornar a Berlin, ficaria neste hotel novamente.

Wir waren bereits gegen 11 Uhr beim Hotel. Gegen 15 € Aufpreis konnten wir früher einchecken, was für uns in Ordnung war. Normaler Check In wäre um 15 Uhr gewesen. Die Lage ist zentral am Alexanderplatz. Ideal für einen Städtetrip.
