Wouldn’t book again.

The property, had a few homeless around the lot upon arrival. We checked in and was given a room , the room was a non smoke room , but smelled as if it had been smoked in. The shower had no knobs to turn it on/off it also looked as if it had no been cleaned. The phone had no buttons on it to be able to function. We requested a change of room, the 2nd room was better , the phone did not have a numbers or a call button to call front desk. The refrigerator shelves were broken, there was no complimentary toiletries , and a half used toilet paper roll. And not many towels , requested towels , instead of bringing us more as requested was told to bring our dirty ones down to trade. The hotel room also had roaches. The sheets and pillow cases had stains as if they weren’t actually cleaned ( luckily we had brought our own pillow/ blankets) Utensels and pot/pans are not in room , I believe if requested you can get some from front desk for a fee. When you call it is stated they are 24 hours But around certain times they do close & will not have someone answering phones either. If our stay was longer then the two nights I would have , left and booked elsewhere but since we weren’t planning on being in there that much other then to rest a few hours before our events it was okay & affordable.

I got to the hotel late and exhausted. The room smelled musky and there was a burn hole in the blanket. I told the maid. She said there wasn't anything blanket. Come to find out I'm one of dozens that this have been scammed by this place. And the maid isn't a US citizen.

Horrible customer service

The only nice thing about my stay is the one lady at the desk when I checked in was very nice other than that everyone else I dealt with was horrible and rude. The 1st room I had the refrigerator didn't work I lost almost$50 bucks worth of food and the girl at the desk just switched me rooms which was cool but I still lost money on food. When I was leaving the maid accused me of screwing a nail in the wall which I didn't do it was in the wall when I got put into that room it was already there the room was disgusting I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to move rooms again the room was filthy dirty the guy at the desk tried to say it was cleaned right before I went into it but it wasn't the maid also said some rude comments towards me and same with the jerk guy at the desk. I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER STAY WITH THIS MOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE 2 I HAD TO DEAL WITH AT THE END!!

It was kinda dirty the towels had like residue and dirt all over them, housekeeping doesn’t come like usual motels, there was roaches, and when I asked for a refund for the rest of my trip they had so much miscommunication and the manager was never on property which made it even harder.
