The line up for check in and the elevators was too long. The rooms were weird such that the washroom you could see through the walls into the bedroom. I was staying with my mom and that was weird when she could see me shower.

Ok for a few days to stay

Location and breakfast was good. No room seevice. We stayed 3 nights， never got towel replaced, not room cleaned. Water is very leaked out to shower area. No place to dress after shower. Bad bathroom design. Bedsheets was not comfortable.

Berlin stay in Alexanderplatz

Great location, room had everything I needed, bed comfortable and great view from the 29rh floor. Down points were that the shower flooded the bathroom floor every time I used it & there was no air con. When I called I was told to "come & collect a fan from reception".

I was very happy about the room, the service and the little giveaways. The only thing: it is really great to have a little coffe machine in the room. But does it have to be one with plastic capsules? The amount of waste only because of these little buggers make me shiver.

The beds were super comfy and the rooms were modest, but clean. Check in wasn’t smooth: the self check-in kiosk didn’t work, but then I queued for 10-15min while a clerk took a phone call, despite being called forward to the desk. The restaurant was average really. The soup ordered arrived tepid at best, and the charcuterie type option offered sliced bread because “the kitchen had ran out” - something not shared with us at time of ordering, sadly. I was very kindly afforded the luxury to have a late checkout on my final day, but the update wasn’t shared with the housekeeping staff who knocked twice in 2h, and because we weren’t able to align in languages or translation, the conversation ended shortly.

I have stayed in this hotel for several years now for an annual event, and my experience with its staff has been on a steady decline. They are rude, they lie blatantly to your face and have no concept of customer service whatsoever. The hotel itself is okayish, definitely not a 4 star hotel though. The amenties in the room are quite basic and cleanliness is ok. My room had the rain shower head not working, so only the hand shower not worked and it had a low mount which made it inconvenient to use. The breakfast is ok, but for a 4 Star hotel, it's lacking and chaotic when it's busy. The only thing that this hotel has going for it, is that its very central location in the heart of Alexanderplatz, but honestly there are plenty of other better hotels around the square. I regretted booking this hotel.

Virkelig flot udsigt fra værelset. Utrolig beskidt værelse, manglende rengøring alle dage - sengen blev redt som eneste. Manglende rengøring ved start. Alt for lille morgenmadsområde, folk stod i kø nede ved bordene for at få et sted at sidde frem for booking af tidspunkt eller en kø restauranten. Godt udvalg i morgenmad, dog kø til kaffemaskine, kø til morgenmad, en meget lille lyst til at blive siddende og spise med så mange rendende rundt om en.

Blick auf den Alexanderplatz und Fernsehturm, Zimmer hellhörig, Frühstücksbuffett standard ohne Highlights, Barbesuch am Abend mit Wartezeiten (bis zu 20Minuten) vom Service verbunden, CheckIn zu Stoßzeiten wie Massenabfertigung und wenig persönlich, in Relation zu Preis-Leistungsverhältnis würde ich es nicht nochmal buchen

Ich war mit meinen beiden kids ( 19j &15j) im Park in Radisson. Meine Tochter hat ihren Bruder zum Drake Konzert begleitet das ich ihm zum Geburtstag geschenkt hatte. Wie hatten eine Suite die Festerlos war. Sie war sehr geräumig mit einem großen Doppelbett und im Zimmer paar Schritte weiter ein Einzelbett. Den Fernseher konnte man drehen sodas auf jeder seite von den zimmer geguckt werden konnte. Wenn man baden wollte musste man den großen Vorhang aussen zu ziehen. Die Dusche war in einer Seiten nische man konnte nicht gesehen werden beim duschen. Schade war das die Minibar bei dem Preis nicht inklusive war. Ich musste an die Rezeption runter und hab nachgefragt ob die zwei kleinen Flaschen wasser für 3 Personen so sein sollten. Darauf hin war die Rezeptionistin so lieb und hat mir 2 große Flaschen Wasser mitgegeben umsonst. Das Frühstück war super, es gab für jeden etwas von kleine Pancakes aus der Maschine oder große die schon frisch zubereitet wurden, auch gab es Spiegeleier und auf wunsch frische Omelettes. Nächste Berlin Trip ist schon geplant und wieder in diesem hotel.
