親切的服務人員是這家飯店的寶藏

旅館位在巷弄內，只有機車腳踏車能通過，計程車必須停在巷口，步行一分鐘到旅館，雖然飯店的接機服務會比自己叫車貴一點，但很推薦晚班機的旅客預訂，可以免去找不到路的窘境，而且旅館人員會一直確認司機的位置，並在到達的時候出來巷口迎接，所以雖然我一個女生又半夜抵達，還是覺得很安全放心！旅館房間簡單乾淨，對得起房價，走路也能到達多數市區景點,假日夜市就在附近，生活機能算方便！此旅館最值得稱讚的是服務人員，每一個都很親切有禮，每天都會關心你今天過的如何，晚上有沒有睡好，有旅遊上的問題他們也都很樂意給予意見，旅館本身也可以預訂行程，在這住了六晚，真的有家的感覺，最後離開服務人員還陪我到巷口等車，真的太貼心了！

Incredible service and great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel is in a great location and is clean and tidy but the best part is the fantastic service you receive. Every member of staff was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. They were so kind, helpful with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we need. We ended up booking our last two nights quite last minute due to plans being changed by the typhoon and they made it so easy and stress free. I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi!

Super nice hotel in the old part of Hanoi. Great room, super location. We were close to everything. Rosie and her team made us feel so welcome. Everyone was serviceminded, sweet and friendly. Rosie guided the taxi driver to the hotel and made sure that we got a taxi on time to take us to the airport again. If you plan to go to Hanoi and want to experience the old town, I recommend you stay at La Cascada House & Travel.

I had an 18-hour layover in Hanoi, so I entered the city. In the morning I left my luggage and went sightseeing, then checked in during the afternoon. Although it was just a short stay—I took a shower, had a nap, and checked out at night—the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I also tried two restaurants from the map of recommended spots they gave me, and both were so delicious that I definitely want to visit them again. I also used the airport transfer service, and I found the pricing to be reasonable. Next time, I’d love to stay longer!

This property is clean and comfortable but the best thing is the staff, they are the most kind and helpful hotel staff, they helped me order cabs, suggested activities and restaurants and were all round a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay as a family of 4 at La Cascada. Our room was clean and the hotel location was great, with a 10 minute walk to most location's that meant that we were get around everywhere easily. The staff were amazing, beautiful peope who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They were so helpful with organising transfer to and from the airport, with great communication. They also helped book two great tours for us to do. Thank you so much.

I have stayed in several hotels in Hanoi (including "luxury" hotels) and I have to say, La Cascada House & Travel has been an extremely pleasant surprise. Every single member of the staff is professional, gentle, and always ready to help. I had the double twin room (the lovely lady gave me a free upgrade) with the balcony and everything was clean, shining and very welcoming. The condition of the room was honestly even better than some of those expensive hotels in Old Quarter. The only "downside" would be that the shower water took a long time to get warm, but it was okay since it is summer and the weather is so hot that you don't mind that. The hotel is in a small alleyway (which is very charming, far from the noisy main streets) and is in front of the railroad and the Long Bien train station. I didn't mind the sound of the train, it was even relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to thank all the lovely staff for their warm presence and their excellent customer service :)
