1. Parking Tower: The hotel operates a separate parking tower, but you need to cross a pedestrian crosswalk through the casino to access it. This setup can be inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage or those using a car.
2. Ironies in the Rooms: The rooms lack basic amenities like a refrigerator and electric kettle. While the room size and cleanliness are decent, it does not feel accommodating to guests.
3. Unfriendly Staff: Despite knowing that we were foreign guests, the staff's rapid, almost rap-like English left us confused. If you’re not a native speaker, you’ll find yourself nodding "yes, yes" without understanding anything.
4. Racial Discrimination: Breakfast is included, and guests can dine at two restaurants on the first floor. We ordered breakfast and drinks correctly. However, the waitress brought our food without water or drinks. While every other table was served water or drinks, we were ignored, and the waitress avoided eye contact. When we managed to call her over and mention the missing drinks, she raised her voice, claiming that other tables' food had also been delayed, embarrassing us in the process. In the end, we finished our breakfast without drinks. When the waitress brought us the bill, we asked about the drinks again, to which she finally responded, "Should I bring them now?" This was clear racial discrimination. I hope no other guests have to face such discomfort in the future.
