Great place to stay close to Big Bend
This is a combination RV Park and small hotel. Our room was nicely decored in a southwestern style. The bathroom had a great waterfall shower. The grounds were well maintained (desert style). The owner was very friendly and accommodating. It's located on the main road, quite close to Big Bend National Park, in a quiet area beyond the more touristy parts of Terlingua. The check-in process is contactless and worked smoothly.

Amazing value, initially booked one night and we had the Rio room which was awesome, super comfy bed, clean and very quiet. They have mini split AC units, and that means a super quiet sleep. After we saw how nice this place was we booked another night and we moved to Casita 1. Erica was super friendly and let us move from one room to another early in the morning despite having a 3pm check in policy. Highly recommend this place, if we ever visit the area again, definitely will stay again!

Amazing!
The room was very spacious, and surpassed our expectations in every way. Perfectly located for access to Big Bend NP. Super comfortable, with the best shower we've had in a rental unit! Staff was great too!

Great modern casita, convenient location just outside Big Bend NP. Staff was very helpful. We had some initial IT issues with the TV system, but our host got it resolved quickly and efficiently. We will def stay here again on our next trip to the Big Bemd area.

The property was exactly as advertised! We stayed in one of the Casita’s. It was decorated in a western style with all the comforts you would need or want. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all who travel this way.

My expectations were greatly surpassed when I arrived at the adorable adobe structure just outside of the "ghost town" area of Terlingua! It is right off the road to the BBNP entrance, but the nightime traffic is almost non-existent, so it was very quiet! Bed, as well as the rest of the generous space, was exceptionally comfortable! I would definitely stay here ANY time I visit the area!!

This was a MAGNIFICENT place to stay in Terlingua! The property & casita were so close to Big Bend & the town’s attractions, grocery, restaurants, & shopping, pretty much central to everything you need. Very clean, comfortable, & quiet. The casita gives you a sense of privacy off to itself, gives you that feeling as if you are off grid, but with all the modern amenities. Best of both worlds. It has a very nice private patio & it’s backed up to a mountain that seems like your very own! Erica, the property manager was wonderful & so friendly. They also brought fresh towels everyday. It was a perfect place to stargaze, even being in town. It was the perfect experience. I would love to come back!

Each suite at this small resort/inn is different so I am commenting on the Emory Suite…we loved it! All the major conveniences of home with a living/ dining area, a small but perfect kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and a comfortable king bed! The AC is in both the living room and separate for the bedroom which allowed us to alter temps inside as we wanted from the 90 degree temps outside. The Inn is 4 miles from the entrance to Big Bend and also as convenient as any to the somewhat limited dining options around Terlingua. Erica was wonderful sending us dining options and other suggestions prior to arrival and then met us as we arrived to walk us through the rooms detailing items we had questions about. No question I would stay there again and again!

We loved everything about our stay! Erica was an excellent communicator and she made she all our needs were met. She was very sweet and welcoming. We were in the beautiful Rio Room; the firm bed and overhead rain showerhead were lovely. The southwest motif was beautiful and the framed skyline pictures give you a glimpse of what you’ll see once you step outside after dark. The stars… breathtaking. The location could not have been better for us: 3 minutes from the general store 3 minutes to Chili Pepper Cafe 5 minutes to the entrance of Big Bend 10 minutes to Ghost Town Terlingua and Starlight Theatre; the Boathouse We will definitely be back!
