Lovely stay
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room, breakfast included. Staff helped arrange toirs and taxis and were always cheerful. Room comfortable. Good location in old quarter, nice to walk around and felt safe.

Poor Management System
I came from Sa Pa to stay in Hanoi for 2 nights. Stayed in this hotel. Informed the reception on duty upon check in that our flight would be in the evening at 6pm and we requested to check out late at 3pm. Agreed by the staff. Next, We received a phone call around noon telling us to check out as other guests are coming to stay. To my surprise, I went down and confirmed with the lady and say that we can max extend your time till 1.30pm. I just want to comment on the poor management system. How can you accept a guest to stay while we are still occupying the room. I wouldn't recommend to people who intend to extend their nights or time. I am truly unsatisfied with this.

Perfect spot for our one night stopover in Hanoi! The hotel is within a 15min walk of Hoàn Kiém Lake, tons of food options (including lots of vegetarian), a great microbrewery storefront, and the infamous Train Streets of Hanoi. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, David ran us through a map of the area when we arrived which was very helpful. The breakfast offering is simple yet filling, and the place is showing its age a bit but with a lot of fun character and some beautiful decor.

Lovely Two Days
The hotel is lovely. The staff is lovely. Breakfast downstairs is good and you’re in a great location for sites and food. I also stayed elsewhere in Hanoi and, comparatively speaking, this is a quiet street, especially for the location! All good things as far as I’m concerned!

Friendliest Staff EVER!!!
My husband and I stayed here and we loved it. The room and hotel were not the most up to date, but the amazing staff made up for it. We got in late from Narita and Rose set up an airport pick up for us. When we got to the hotel, David was there, ready to assist us. They carried our bags up to our room and had the AC on for us and ready to go because it was 40c in Hanoi. They had complimentary breakfast and it consisted of fruits, toast, breakfast meats, and you could order other things off their menu, like eggs and pho. Before we went out, they offered suggestions for places to eat, things to see and gave us a map to point it all out. We were sad to leave, but will go back one day.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff staff. See definitely better than most 3 star places I have stayed at in the past. Free water for drinking is limited but that is the same all over Vietnam. They arrange transportation and trips too.
