"Nice hotel with great service. Tommy reached out to us prior to checkin via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, Tommy came out to say hello and then proceeded to help plan the rest of our trip. Great info and recommendations on a Ninh Binh tour, a Sapa tour and the Ha Giang loop. We did them all. Would definitely recommend. Great

"The hotel is new and of the highest standard. It is well staffed and they are polite, attentive and most helpful (but not intrusive). It is in the best location with culinary, sightseeing and shopping precincts at the doorstep.
