"What a beautiful hotel, this was in the perfect location for popping to San Siro or into town on the but away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing break. Another plus is the location just round the corner from the city life mall. Nothing was too much trouble for Paolo, there was an issue with our room so we were immediately moved and we were treated to a welcome selection of cakes. He also helped us with Ubers and the underground. There was free water and sweets on our hotel floor (the suites). The pool and view from the rooftop was lovely"

"Customer service was really good, the property is right opposite the central train station - this made it convenient to get around. It took around 8minutes to get to the cathedral and duomo shopping area. The double rooms were of a good size. I would return. "

"Overall stay is great, the only thing worth to comment is a bit dust in the corners and windows that triggered a bit of an allergy, deep clean every so often would be good. In general it was clean, bed was nice, breakfast excellent and staff was great. good locations but the issue with the train station pick pockets and the graffities every where this city shall shine and is not the case "

"This was a great property for a quick stay in Milan. I walked to the castle and Villa from there and shopped a little nearby. We ate at the total and it was easy and delicious. Some things were closed for August holidays but that is not the hotels fault!"
