"Everything fantastic except ice maker didn’t work. When I took elevator to another floor, key card didn't work. Nobody told me it was a security feature to only work on floor I stayed on. "
"Great stay with friendly staff, clean and well kept hotel/ rooms, safe, close to dining options and transportation (via rail station is 10min walk). Would stay here again!"
"It was a beautiful hotel with so much to do! Although the FREE activities available were more geared towards younger children, my teen and tween still had a great time! You're never too old for the Princesses or a good climbing structure! They gave us a pamphlet with a full 3 day itinerary for activities available from 9am-9pm. The hotel itself and room were very clean, the bathroom had a beautiful glass vanity, the staff super friendly and bilingual. The pool are was almost like a resort with Live music and yes, there was a bar! We were also close to the main tourist attractions (montmorency falls, plaines d'abraham, chaudiere and much more). Worth the 3 hour drive from Montreal. "
"One of my travel favorites! For someone that travels ALL the time, Hotel Place d’Armes always makes me feel at home.
A magical Hotel in a Magical City. "
