When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. "The castle / hotel is surrounded by nature and the location is cozy and dreamy! We slept in the tower in a big comfortable room. The room however was a bit warm and no AC was available. The outside temperature was around 23 F. The restaurant offered good German food however a bit pricy. The spa was very nice with many sauna options, though some areas were not allowing kids so you need to bare that in mind you visit as a family as we did. "
