Great place to stay with a lovely breakfast. Good location near the beach, but a little bit away from the main street which suited us well. Everything walkable in Horseshoe Bay and very close to the bus stop which was also useful. Bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the private outdoor space provided by the balcony. Good kitchenette as well.

We loved our stay at True North. It was an absolute haven from the heat. We loved cooking dinner in the kitchen and hanging out by the pool. It’s right by the bus stop and a few minutes from Horseshoe Bay. The breakfasts were a highlight - I recommend the pears!

Loved our stay at True North B&B. Deb is an excellent host - very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Her breakfasts are next level! The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. It is a nice quiet spot and the pool is so refreshing. If staying on Magnetic Island Horseshoe Bay is the place to stay - beautiful beach, a number of great restaurants, access to walking tracks, a good bus service (we had our own car but the bus was quite regular). If we return to Magnetic Island we would definitely come back here. Thanks Deb for making our Magnetic Island trip so memorable.

True North is a beautiful property. The room was spacious and had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The gardens surrounding the balcony and pool are stunning. Everything here is top quality, the bed, linen, towels etc. We really appreciated all these details as well as the stunning breakfast made for us by the amazing owner Deb. We didn't want to leave. Deb at True North is a really good host!! Its in the service which makes a place special. She makes the best breakfast, delivered to your room on time. The room was very comfortable and with lots of space and a private balcony. The only down side was the road works happening at the front of the property at the time we stayed, it started very early for holiday'ers. We will go back to True North BnB.
