It was a quiet place and clean. The bed was comfortable so we had a very good sleep. We traveled from northern Ontario, so we needed a comfortable quiet safe place to rest. Thank you

No air conditioning

Room was clean and comfortable and all guests were respectful of noise. It was nice to have the couch to sit on. Not enough toilet paper, no hand soap so I guess the single hotel size shampoo was meant for double duty. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly and two calls to the answering service resulted in promises but no action so if you're planning a stay there in the heat of the summer you may want to reconsider. We did not use the kitchen or laundry facilities.

The property was super easy to find. There were stores very nearby but no maps to direct us. Large common room was nice and lots of cooking stuff.

Not easy to carry cases up the stairs and especially if it's dark as the staircase light wasn't working Also, wouldn't say the property was in a good part of town

The place has nice interior, very clean, quiet. The only complaint was trying to get in place. They never sent code and the number i had to call didnt work. We had to guess the code to get in building. Then we didnt have room number so trying all the rooms to put in code. The other prople there seem to have the same problem.

Well, they considered a family room was only a bed with a aluminum fold out couch for a child. Not very appealing but functional.
