I stayed two nights with the hotel.
The hotel is all remotely done on your own (including check in certification) which is fine. The unacceptable point is, after our self check in at 8pm, our room is half way cleaned!!!!!!!!! The rubbish left by the last guests still here. The slipper used by the last guests still here. The cleaning tool ( vaccum cleaner) still inside our room. This is TOTALLY unacceptable! This has never happened in our 20 years of travelling around the world! When we complaints via iPad at the front desk, the remote customer service just told us to email the photos to them. And they didn’t response to use after an hour! Not until we chase them! And the only solution is they will send the cleaner to clean tomorrow as there is no staff in the hotel at night……… This is completely terrible. No follow up from the hotel as well
