Precious find. Receptionist Tu Anh made it happen

Fortunate to find this hotel. A smaller boutique hotel with 20+ rooms, great location, rooms are nicely designed, well maintained. Though breakfast offers a smaller selection, all ingredients are of good quality and are enough. Best of all is the outstanding frontdesk staff Tu Anh who attends meticulously to all customer needs to make guests feel very warm at home, an ambience I won't get at large hotels even 5-star ones. Bach Suites will be my default choice the next time i visit HCM.

overall a good stay

Room is good, location is convenient, service is great, free drinks in mini bar is fantastic. If the hotel can improve the water pressure of the shower room which can make the whole experience even better.

Perfect experience

It was the best one we stayed in Ho Chi Min city, everything was perfect! I would like to go this hotel again! Design is fantastic, service from staff was friendly and thoughtful! Clean, beautiful and comfortable all time. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I seldom review hotel, but this hotel is en exception. Perfect

設計美觀但隔音要加強

設計很棒的飯店，房間數不多，房客單純。 早餐選擇不多，但乾淨。（早餐有現做的蛋料理，排氣不好，油煙容易卡衣服）。 有一台整天可以使用的咖啡機，泡茶喝咖啡都沒有問題。（下午到晚上還有提供小點和其他飲料） 隔音又是越南房間的大問題，不論是走廊的聲音或是飯店附近的酒吧，都無法隔除噪音。雖然貼心準備耳塞....我不會再選擇隔音不好/晚上吵雜的飯店。

It is a pity the hotel does not share on any booking site or their own website about the extent of the noise. There are a few reviews that mention the noise but not enough to make you think it was as bad as it is. It wasn’t just at night when trying to sleep (the air plugs they give you helped a little) but we were in a room facing the night club across the road. Even worse was that we couldn’t enjoy relaxing time in the room before or after dinner - as the music started as early 6pm and we couldn’t even have a conversation without yelling. Such a pity as the rest of the hotel is lovely and clean. Great bed, great shower. And they also fail to mention the three flights of steps to go up to get to breakfast, this could be problematic for some guests, especially when it is raining.

Great hotel with some minor quirks

Lovely hotel but there were a few minor issues. Me when we got there our toilet was immediately clogged even tho we didn't use it. They sent someone to fix it ASAP but was not a good start. The room was lovely but the bathtub was poorly designed in a way that water would collect in the corner. Finally I believe in the past the breakfast was in the lobby which makes sense. However they moved it to the rooftop lounge which was a bit awkward. Overall it was a lovely hotel and we would come back to stay at the pros outweighed the cons. In The location was great and so was service. I think others complained about the neighboring bar but (at least in our room) it wasn't that loud. You could hear it but it wasn't a deterrent for sleeping.
