The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was we booked a hotel with a lift as both of us have bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. They wanted to move us to a lowet room that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We paid extra to get a larger room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast that came with the room was not very appetizing.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación a sólo 10 minutos del castillo y la catedral de Wawel. La atención es excelente y la habitación cómoda y muy limpia. El desayuno tipo bufet está bien con un coste adicional. Mi estancia fue perfecta

Would stay again

Great location next to old town. Breakfast was quite good and fairly diverse, with hot and cold dishes. Room had excellent ac! Service was great. Would definitely stay again when visiting Krakow.

A great stay

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would give 5 stars but there were a few things that have knocked it down to a 4. The room we were given didn’t have working air conditioning, which the staff were aware of prior to our arrival, yet we were still given a room with broken air con. Credit to the guy when I raised it at reception he offered to bring another fan (the room already had 1) to help with the heat, which was with us within 10 minutes. The second was that the room was advertised as having a ‘fully equipped bathroom’ but there was only hand soap and a 2in1 shampoo/shower wash. So if you want or need conditioner be sure to bring your own! In all the location was brilliant, really close to the old town market square and only round the corner from the historic Wawel castle.

Great Hotel!!

I took a quick solo trip to Krakow to see the sites. The hotel was VERY clean, LARGE, and centrally located. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel staff are great, and they cleaned promptly everyday, The restaurant connected to the hotel serves delicious Italian Mediterranean Polish food. This hotel is a real special treat.
