The seafront villa is clean and the location is good, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is delicious and changes every day, but dinner is a little lacking in salt and pepper. It's a bit far from the night market, so it's better to rent a scooter.

This hotel has hidden assets that could make it a world-class resort on Phu Quoc Island.　With just one more step, it could become world-famous.　Personally, I don't want anyone to know about it. Cottage-type resort hotels are not uncommon in Phu Quoc, but a combination of a beachfront location on a small mountain with an infinity pool and rooms is rare. Even when they are rare, the cottages are often modern, lacking authenticity and failing to appeal to Western or developed tourists. I think this is a genuinely wonderful resort hotel where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the patio. At the Green Bay Resort, we have an old-fashioned architectural style that I believe will satisfy tourists. In addition, the spa and pool are very satisfactory. Combined with the fact that it is not crowded, it has a secluded resort feel. The problems can be summarized as follows: 1. Hot water capacity: 2. Limited dinner and breakfast options. 3. Beach clarity The beach is well-maintained, so it is understandable that there is nothing that can be done about the water quality. The first issue is critical. Despite the deep moated bath, the water cools down without reaching even 10 cm. We wait until the heat tank heats up, but it takes almost two hours, and the accumulated water is cold by then. In short, it's impossible to enjoy a Japanese-style bath with water kept at nearly 40°C until the end of the day. The second issue would be avoidable, choice of dinner is nice, but to be honest, you will

Quiet beach-side paradise

Pros: Brand new resort; very quiet; great pool; best kept private beach I have been to on Phu Quoc; exceptional accommodation; superb bed; wifi everwhere - even on the beach; very good cocktails <£5; excellent range of food with main courses ~£5; very attentive staff; meticulous with food/drink expenses - on check out we were presented with a full breakdown of our spending while we were there, which was accurate and with no hidden costs; great complimentary shuttle to airport ~45 mins one way Cons: Being chased to the ends of the earth to sign for drink/food bills - two examples being having a member of staff come into the sea to get my signature for the bill, and at 10 pm having someone knocking on our door as they missed off a bowl of rice on our evening meal bill, and we were asleep after an early start, so we had to be inconvenienced for their error, even though the menu said 'served with rice'. I really feel this could have waited until morning and was the low point of our stay; having a hire motorbike that was given to us with a flat rear tyre, yes we should have checked it over, but dangerous none the less; very little in the immediate area of Cua Can village so you will likely be having every meal in their excellent and reasonably priced restaurant; staff cleaning room up to 3 times a day, too often for me Overall my favourite Phu Quoc place to stay by miles, if you don't mind being away from Duong Dong that is, which is the whole appeal of this resort for me!

We love the Green Bay!

We had an amazing stay at the Green Bay resort. The staff are all excellent and attentive, the food at the Gio restaurant is great and we ate there multiple times. The amenities at the beach like snorkelling and kayaking are super fun. Highly highly highly recommend, we will be back!

Can’t say enough good things about staying at Green Bay. It has a quiet, relaxed vibe while still offering plenty to do. The rooms are luxurious and clean but not pretentious. The staff are all friendly and don’t try to sell you extras. The food quality is high end at a reasonable price. It’s far from the airport so get the shuttle. Better value that other hotels in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended! We will be returning.
