It's a 5 star level resort, but service quality is 3 star level only, when I checked in at reception around 1apm, and wait almost 1 and half hours to my room at 2:30pm.
When the waiting time, no one to ask me what i need, until i asked reception waitress to get 1 more arrival tea. Service quality is really worst.
But i have to say the others are best, just like room facility, clean and comfortable, nice buffet breakfast.
