caia agua permanentemente del bano de arriba espero que no fueran aguas cloacales . no tenia ningun lugar donde poner la ropa ni muchas perchas donde colgarla . mi valija estuvo todo el tiempo en el piso porque no teniamos donde ponerla la gente muy amable la recepcion muy amable pero no nos cambiaron el colchon que tenia un pozo del lado de mi marido por lo que se levanto con dolores de espalda y terminamos llendo a un fisioterapeuta en la capital. la playa deliciosa, muchisimo plato de tergopol que sabemos que no se recicla y en el restaurante no habia casi cubiertos habia que pedirlos se quedaron sin gas por lo que no hubo cocacolas o bebidas gaseosas y no habia servilletas en ningun lado Por cierto fue mi cumpleanos y no me ofrecieron ni una velita ni pastel

The room was clean, service was good, the food was ok, although very little variety, including beverages… for example, no “diet” sodas, which is not a big issue but indicates the type of hotel service level; no recognized brands in the liquors offered neither. The part that is not nice and is not the responsibility of the hotel is their surroundings… dirty, run down, drunk/drugged people early in the day; an ok stay inside the hotel

La capacità di dare continuazione ad un servizio

La soddisfazione inizia dal saper apprezzare il lavoro altrui e in questo hotel ho visto il personale molto preparato e cortese. La struttura datata ma con un buon mantenimento. La prima volta ci sono stato nel 2015 ed era don juan. Adesso continuerò ad andarci come whala hotel.

Nightmare

The food was terrible in taste and quality. The air conditioner did not work in 1 of our rooms and the toilet clogged and leaked throughout the stay (apart from the bathroom not having hot water) in the other room. We kept using both rooms, simultaneously, to get dressed. Hotel staff literally swapped out the toilet (full construction job) throughout the entire stay and didn't even properly clean up after themselves. Staff left discarded wrappers on top of our personal belongings and foot prints on the left over debris when"done with the job". Housekeeping never cleaned up after the toilet job. We checked out and the toilet still wasn't working. Front desk staff never answers the phone. Room key gets deactivated just by looking at it. The hotel barely cleaned the beach in the morning forcing guests to either walk through seaweed and debris or walk to the neighboring hotel's beach access which was thoroughly cleaned every morning.

Das Hotel benötigt einen kompletten Neubau

Das Resort ist in bester Lage in Boca Chica. Wir haben das Resort testweise für 2 Tage gebucht wegen einem geplanten Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Leider der Bauzustand katastrophal. Wasser tropft von der Decke. In einigen Zimmern übler Geruch, möglicherweise von Schimmel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat verschiedene andere Zimmer angeboten, die aber zum Teil noch schlechter waren.

At the beginning of our trip, we experienced some discomfort due to housekeepers entering our room without prior notice, which highlighted a need for improved communication between the staff and management. However, we ultimately had a wonderful time enjoying the beach. We look forward to the possibility of returning and hope to see enhanced communication among the team during our next visit. Having multilingual receptionists at the front desk is a significant advantage. **Pros:** - Close to the beach - Beachfront view - Various food options - Multilingual receptionists **Cons:** - Flies around the property - Communication between staff

Did not enjoy the beach. It has too much seaweeds. The beach is very shallow and not swimable. There are too many boats etc. on a small beach that smells like gasoline all the time. The pool is large and nice but it’s basically a playground for children and young people. It’s hard to enjoy the pool. The food was not good. The staff seemed nice and hardworking.

Felicito a sus empleados por ser carismáticos y empaticos;hacen gran esfuerzo por dar el servicio y lo hacen excelente desde el que limpia el jardín,la piscina,restaurantes,camerinas,carpeta:Todos son excelentes.También felicito a los trabajadores de Seguridad.Sugiero sopladores eléctricos para obreros de los jardines que barren hojas a diario para facilitar su trabajo y también para el agua de las aceras que tienen piedras o lajas.Sugiero arreglar los televisores,bebederos o hieleras de los pisos,así como los minibar.Ademas arreglar las cerraduras de los balcones y arreglar las duchas de algunas habitaciones.Quiero agregar que no están limpiando periódicamente las duchas por dentro para evitar enfermedades;safe una y estaba llena de magnesio y otros minerales donde se depositan bacterias.Sugiero además que inviertan en hacer las aceras de cemento por encima de las lajas;muchas personas mayores y niños puede caer ese por sus desniveles.También no deben dar líquidos en vasos plásticos que no sean desechables porque transmiten enfermedades y desluce la calidad de lo que ingieres.Olvidaba resaltar la excelente calidad y variedad de los alimentos y las actividades con los niños en las noches muy amenas y efectivas.Recomiendo este hotel para familias con niños y personas mayores por todo anterior y su playa y piscinas con aguas muy agradables.Felicidades a todos.Ojala regrese per el mundo grande y la vida es corta.

enjoyed my stay at whala!

I've stayed several times, and it was my best experience so far. prior stays had small issues, but this one was almost perfect! check in was a bit slow, other than that, all was good! room was great! ac was cold! Wi-Fi worked well and the food was good
