Unhappy at the Rodeway
The room was cleean, bed comfortable, but No. Coffee pot, no desk or table, no towel racks no holder for toilet paper, the shower cuurtain was the wrong size causing water to drip all over the flooraking it slippery since there. Was no bath mat

The phone didn't work in room. Had to call office with my cell and they said no one there but her so couldn't fix. I said we didn't get wash clothes and I had to come up and get. I opened fridge and a roach crawled out from under. I didn't expect much for the price but still a $100 room and a $60 deposit. Should have better service. Was only 7 pm when ask to get phone and wash clothes. Need work People were friendly tho. Help doesn't deserve bad review because of owner.

If you want a disease, stay here.
This was by far the most disgusting hotel stay of my life. There was cracks in the flooring. a hole in the bathroom wall. There was also part of the floor molding held up by an ACTUAL BANDAID. Not to mention the wifi sucked. The front desk is less than helpful, and they just charged me another 144 dollars instead of crediting me. Avoid this grimey place at all costs.

Do not stay
If you love the ghetto and all the amazing amenities it’s comes with, then his is your place! We paid 150/night. We were out in the sun all day and getting ready to go back 20mns later but my water bottles were warm again. So I thought since I paid such great money I could use maybe two cups of ice to chill my water bottles quick…. Nope I was wrong… the motorized scooter manager lady came up to be and told me “ you need to go buy a bag of ice yourself because she has 130 guests to take care of” excuse me. 150/night for two cups of ice a room full of mold, cracks in the walls that you can literally see through. Meth heads in the hall way getting their high on. The bed was free of bugs though so that is good. The young front desk lady was very nice, she gave us an “upgraded room” since ours was not ready yet. Oh let’s not forget the drilling and pounding being done in the laundry room behind us. This was definitely an experience and I do not recommend anyone staying there ever. Yes a lot of this is because I was treated so very rudely when I wanted to chill my water quick. No I was not trying to fill the entire cooler. I have never had a problem anywhere my entire life using a damn ice machine in a hotel.

Crappy porn studio
This is where u make crapy porn and people r huffing glue in the corner. Black mold central. Felt like u were gonna get a disease if u went into the tup. Arrived with my brother 1am from the airport and had no choice to stay being so late. We slept ontop of the covers. We booked at comfort suites immediatlly in the morning. It was supposed to b a 3 nite stay. More like 6hrs. Not enough bleach to clean that place.

Filthy icky bad
The first room was filthy and had not been cleaned. The bed wasn't made and there was a roll of toilet paper on the table. The tub was in disrepair and rusty. We talked to the front desk and was told it was housekeeping's fault. We gave them another chance and that room was already occupied by a couple. The gentleman who answered the door mentioned that this was their second room and others had left because their rooms were unacceptably dirty. We got a refund including the $60 deposit that they conveniently forgot before i mentioned it.

Stay away! Horrible! Filthy!
The room was filthy. Dirtiest room I ever rented. There was lint balls and dust all over the floor. The walls, sink, shower were visibly soiled. There was a yellow towel hanging behind the toilet. The little furniture that was in the room was damaged and dusty. It looked like it was pulled out of a dump. Overall disgusting! The front desk clerk was nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say. We left after a few hours. Too gross to stay.

The room was sticky and dirty and had a heavy cigarette smell the sink was clogged and all i did was see if the water supply was on for few seconds and the sink would not drain , i was afraid to use the toilet for fear it would backup onto the floor , worst hotel stay ever.

THE GARBAGE STANDARD..
*NOT PET FRIENDLY Pathetic staff that I wouldn't let run a Dairy Queen. They actually brag about NOT being PET Friendly. The Property Manager is a complete moron who told me and about 5 other patrons that we didn't see someone slashing tires on the property, even though our tires were flat and we all seen who did it. Completely ignorant with zero knowledge of the hospitality. What else would one expect from a property owned by Choices Hotels....AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

The room has only the bathroom light

Sad, could be a great place, need cash spent on it
Total disappointment 1st room was filthy. Given another room, slightly better. All they did was change the threadbare towels daily. My feet soles were filthy with dirt and concrete dust, had to step out of a filthy tub to stand ona towel to dry of and step into my shoes from there to keep my feet clean. after 3 days I got a maid to mop and frankly she made no impression. None of the maids I saw spoke no English or could communicate. They say they are doing renovations, however it's really a couple of guys patching. Whereas its a no smoking room hotel, everyone was smoking outside on the balcony's and public areas. Cigarette butts everywhere.
