Lo que más me gustó de la propiedad fue su originalidad, la piscina conecta a todas las cabañas de las instalaciones, por lo que es bastante amplia, además de que en la noche se enciende y tiene una vista muy romántica y relajante, además cada cabaña tiene su propio espacio con una mini piscina, así que no hay problema por estar dentro de tu misma habitación con la privacidad de una piscina, eso sí, hay que protegerse de los mosquitos. No tuvimos problemas con algún tipo de insecton en la habitación, hay buena iluminación y si algún mosquito llega a meterse sería fácil detectarlo. Hay mapaches a los alrededores! Así como murciélagos en la noche y algunas aves que bajan a remojar sus patitas en la alberca, lo que lo hace sentir como estar en un cuento de hadas. En cuanto a comidas incluye el desayuno y diré que puedo compararlo con otro hotel de mayor costo en el que me hospedé en Holbox, este sin duda ganó en calidad de sabor y porción, además de que el personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir en casa. Sin duda este lugar si es para regresar en otra ocasión, ya que ofrece una sensación de tranquilidad indescriptible, aunque si eres una persona que no le gusta interactuar con la naturaleza, este lugar no es para ti.

Fuimos a este hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novia y sinceramente fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar. El lugar es increíble: súper moderno, muy aesthetic, y con detalles que lo hacen único. El simple hecho de tener tu propia alberca dentro de la habitación y poder salir directo a la alberca principal… eso ya es otro nivel. El ambiente es súper relajado, muy al estilo de Holbox, perfecto para desconectarte y disfrutar. Los desayunos son buenísimos, la atención de todo el staff de primera, y se agradecen mucho los detalles como la cafetera en la habitación, las batas y cada cosita bien pensada. La playa está muy cerca, su beach club está padrísimo, y los precios son más que accesibles para la calidad que ofrecen. El internet funcionaba perfecto, la tele también, y hasta nos dimos el gusto de unos masajes espectaculares, con toda la atención y facilidades para agendarlos y organizar la transportación. En resumen: un hotel precioso, con todo para pasarla increíble. Fue una estancia perfecta y sin duda lo recomiendo muchísimo.

El hotel cuenta con una arquitectura muy única, tener acceso a la alberca desde tu habitación es un plus. El desayuno estaba delicioso y cambia a cada día la opción de platillo. El servicio de Max desde la llegada fue muy bueno y en todo momento fue muy amable, daba recomendaciones y se recordaba de nuestros nombres. Un punto a desfavor para nosotros fue que el club de playa no tuviera baño y si bien no está muy lejos no es cómodo tener que regresar caminando hasta el hotel. Si no son de caminar, también hay que tomar en cuenta que los taxis cuestan 150 mxn hacia el centro. Es buena opción si buscas algo tranquilo y bonito.

Es un hotel boutique muy hermoso, sus habitaciones son tranquilas y silenciosas. La alberca muy cómoda prácticamente esta a un paso de la puerta de tu habitación, los desayunos son un imperdible, deliciosos y super cuidados. Los dueños son encantadores y siempre fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Los concergie estupendos con una atención de primera. La playa está a pocos minutos y tienen un club de playa igual de estupendo, sus alimentos son muy buenos, recomiendo mucho que pasen ahí el día de playa. Nosotros eramos 4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 jóvenes y nos quedamos en una habitación familiar. Sin duda regresaríamos a ese hermoso lugar.

Short version, we loved it! Highly recommended! Here's the long version: - The Hotel The hotel is beautiful, small, private, and the architecture is very original, with every room accessing directly the pool. It is located very close to the town center but far enough to be quiet. - The Breakfast It was, by far, the best "included breakfast" we have had in any hotel. The dishes were not the tipical "egg" options but traditional mexican dishes (Papatzules, enmoladas, Kastakan, etc.) perfectly prepared. - Staff We felt "taken care off" at all times. Staff was not only attentive and helpful but went out of their way to anticipate your needs depending on the tours you were taking (transportation, breakfast to go, towels and repelent, etc.) In summary, one of our best hotels experiences in the world, rivaling world class hospitality in the top hotels and luxury chains.

The hotel is Very Unique and architecturally beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant was lovely and the menue although limited is definitely worth trying for dinner and their breakfasts are wonderful and included with your stay. The pool is really cute and their beach iclub s a short 10 minute walk away. That being said I will say the following as a possible warning or heads up to certain groups who may be interested in staying here. The hotel is very small and the little a frame cabins are open air at the top therefore you can hear everything from the cabin next door. Ie when they are going to to the toilet you can hear everything and vice versa. Therefore if you are really modest or perhaps on your honeymoon and want a lot of privacy... This is not the hotel for you Also, it rained for 2 days at the beginning of our stay and while the whole town was submersed in water and the roads basically impassible they all cleared the following day. The two main roads along this corber lot hotel we're still impassible when we left after 8 nights Small golf carts could not get to the hotel and there aren't any side walks to access it. Therefore any one with mobility issues at all or probably anyone who doesn't want to have to cling to trees and use a flashlight etc this probably isn't the hotel for you as it rains a lot here throughout the year. The hotel is really cute and we really enjoyed our stay though.

Divine

Punta Caliza is other worldly, a delightful escape from the pace of everyday life. It’s one of those places you don’t really want to tell too many people about, keep it a secret! July, Max, Leo and the entire team were incredibly accommodating prior to and throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, amazing shower. The highlight is the central pool with private access from each room. Breakfast each morning was unique and tasty. We had dinner a few times at the hotel and enjoyed the entire menu (and the cocktails!) Caliza has its own beach club about 5min walk away, never too busy and great cocktails. We will return again!

Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación y personal muy amable, lo único que pudo hacer mejor las instalaciones es mayor iluminación en las habitaciones, así como facilitar bicicletas para acceder al club de playa. La limpieza del hotel es impecable y diariamente Acudieron a limpiar y dejar agua y café.
