The hotel was located at the edge of Nanao Bay. We saw the beautiful sunset and enjoyed the good view of Nanao Bay and Noto Twin Bridge. The hotel lobby, atrium, function rooms were large and well decorated with Japanese style. All the hotel staff were very professional and they greeted every guest with cheerful smile. To our surprise, the hotel arranged complimentary shows of Japanese traditional drums and dual singing by two foreign singers in the large performance hall. There are about 6 souvenir shops where we could enjoy shopping after the dinner without leaving the hotel. The room was very spacious and the hot springs were very good too.
There was a super typhoon approaching Japan during our stay in the hotel. Luckily, we met a very helpful and thoughtful staff, Miss Watanabe at the front desk when we checked in on 10 October. She assisted us to call the local car rental company and provide us with useful information about the typhoon. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.
I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. I noticed a whole family of sea lions/ otters(?) swimming in the early morning just around the harbour dam downstair. We opened the windows in the morning while breakfast was served to have a catch of the fresh air. A seagull almost flew in probably being attracted by the smell of grilled salmon! Another time of wonderful lodging experience in the same ryokan, nice!
